On Tuesday 08/22/17 at 1506 hours I was dispatched to a physical domestic at Hemlock ST SE and Auburn Way S. Dispatch advised the reporting person, who was a passerby, stated a male punched a female on the head.
Dispatch stated the male was described as Native American, in his 20's, 5'8", black hair wearing a black baseball hat and black shirt, and the female was Native America, in her 20's, 5'5" black hair, wearing a black tank top and carrying a sweater.
While I was enroute an Auburn Police detective located an occupied stolen vehicle, and I assisted with that call for about.

Rebecca told me she knew both the male and female by first name from being in the Muckleshoot Indian tribe together. Rebecca said at about 1520 hours she observed Tomas and Phyllis walking through the west side of the parking lot of Shell. Rebecca said she observed Tomas push Phyllis, then punched her on the head with a closed right fist. Rebecca said she believed Tomas hit Phyllis on the left side and the back side of her head. Rebecca said Tomas ran away northbound on Dogwood ST SE.
I asked Rebecca if she knew Tomas and Phyllis's relation, and she stated she heard they were in a dating relationship, but she did not know for sure.
I obtained a video statement from Rebecca using my department cell phone.
I returned to where Phyllis was waiting and observed Officer Martinez was talking with her and Nora. Officer Martinez told me through Muckleshoot security, Nora, Phyllis and a local database, he had identified the male suspect as Tomas Evangeilsta.
I asked Phyllis how long she had Tomas had been dating, and she told me they dated for about five months, but broke up at the end of July. I asked Phyllis if she wanted to talk to me and provide a statement about what had happened, but she would not respond to me.
Nora told me she saw what happened and agreed to provide a statement. Nora told me she was standing in the northwest side of Shell parking lot and observed Tomas and Phyllis arguing. Nora said she heard Phyllis tell Tomas to get away from her
On 010/05/2016, I, Chad Agnew, was working as a patrol officer for the Wichita State University Police Department, in Wichita, Sedgwick County, Kansas. At approximately1415 hours, officers were dispatched to the Rhatigan Student Center for a suspicious character. Dispatch notified all officers that they were still gathering more information at the time but the suspicious character was a black male with crutches. On August 23, 2014 Sgt. Lavelle was assigned to the 83 Precinct. She was present for duty at 0800 hours as the domestic violence Sergeant and she conducted several home visits. During the walk Andrew disclosed that he and a staff member named Shawn Wilcox were involved in an altercation. I arrived on scene at about 0025 hours. I made contact with Deputy Williams and he advised the female who was reported to have left was in the residence and she had a severe injury to her face.

Joseph Harris were asked to help locate an individual Richard Ring in regards to the a sexual assault that taken place on Sunday 10-18-2015. Det.
