On 010/05/2016, I, Chad Agnew, was working as a patrol officer for the Wichita State University Police Department, in Wichita, Sedgwick County, Kansas. At approximately1415 hours, officers were dispatched to the Rhatigan Student Center for a suspicious character. Dispatch notified all officers that they were still gathering more information at the time but the suspicious character was a black male with crutches. They also said the subject was yelling someone had a gun.

On August 23, 2014 Sgt. Lavelle was assigned to the 83 Precinct. She was present for duty at 0800 hours as the domestic violence Sergeant and she conducted several home visits. At 1450 hours she was post changed to the 83rd Precinct desk and she assumed the duties of the 83 desk office. Sgt. Lavelle remained as the Desk Sergeant for the entire tour. On 4/21/2017 at approximately 12:50 Hrs. I arrived in the area of 2103 Ave. I in reference to an assault. On arrival I observed a male subject later identified as Casey Durant. Durant was standing next to his electrician work vehicle that was parked on the side of the roadway. I observed the drivers side window had been broken.

On Sunday November 24, 2016 at approximately 16:02 hrs. Officer L Wilkerson and I Ofc. R. Holcomb were dispatched by dispatcher B Coleman to 304 Hopkins Drive in reference to a disturbance. Upon my arrival I made contact with Ms. Shawntavia Lucky (complainant) who stated that her son Mr. Jousha Lucky (victim) got into a physical altercation with two black males.

On 11/13/2015 at approximately 2133 hours, I was dispatched to 712 Cotton Brooks Dr. (The Grooves) in reference to a domestic. Dispatcher Cioch advised that a female complainant stated her husband is intoxicated and just struck her and her daughters with his hand and she and her daughters had locked themselves upstairs in the bathroom to get away from him.

The suspect was described as a White male, approximately 180 lbs. The suspect was wearing a white t-shirt, blue basketball shorts, and a blue baseball hat.

I, Deputy Grant told dispatch to get in contact with the Billie Joe Anderson from Casey General Store and get more information. I told them to find out the unknown woman 's name, (if known) what she was driving, whom she was with, and what she was wearing, as well as any other information the cshe could remember.

The reporting party (RP) received call from Diego Baca with Kings County CPS, 1400 W. Lacey Blvd., Hanford, CA 93230 (559) 852-2345 who reported that on 12/21/16 at approximately 3PM while conducting a placement visit for youth Andrew Yanez DOB: 12/18/01 the youth and the social worker took a walk. During the walk Andrew disclosed that he and a staff member named Shawn Wilcox were involved in an altercation. According to Andrew at approximately 2:45PM he was in the office of the ground home with 2 other staff members named James Boston and Nicole Juarez. On 04-08-2016 at 2321 hours I was dispatched to 3100 Oak Grove Road in reference to domestic assault.

I arrived on scene at about 0025 hours. I made contact with Deputy Williams and he advised the female who was reported to have left was in the residence and she had a severe injury to her face.

On 10-21-2015 at approximately 0830 hours I Officer Hildebrand and Sgt. Joseph Harris were asked to help locate an individual Richard Ring in regards to the a sexual assault that taken place on Sunday 10-18-2015. Det. Randy Schott identified Richard as a prime suspect from video surveillance of incident in question.
