Instant noodles have really become a norm in our society. Busy people, who don’t have time to prepare healthy meals, buy instant noodles because it is very easy to prepare, and because of its taste and most of them are office workers and college students. There is nothing wrong in eating instant noodles, however we should eat it in moderation, we shouldn’t eat too much of it and we should complement it with a variety of food to make up a holistic balance diet.
