Alfonso level of emotional intelligence during his time served on the USS Florida as commander was short lived due to his lack of experience in relationship management. Relationship management requires leaders to connect crew members not make them feel afraid and reluctant to communicate with their leader. In the crew eyes, Alfonso was unapproachable because of his style of disciplinary action that humiliated the crew members. The crew was acclimated to praise in public and penalized in private. As commander of the submarined, Alfonso failed to share and inspire his vision with his crew member leaving them oblivious of what to expect next.

There is a triable issue of fact as it relates to the Van Patton’s efforts to actively conceal the bunker from McDowell. A seller has a duty to disclose a material fact, in their exclusive knowledge, if they actively concealed the fact through omission and conduct to induce a buyer into entering a real estate transaction. See Gizzi v. Hall, 300 A.D.2d 879, 880-81 (N.Y. App. Div. 2002). Furthermore, it is not sufficient to say the actions of the seller rose to a level of active concealment based on mere silence alone. See Bethka v. Jensen, 250 A.D.2d 887 (N.Y. App. Div. 1998).

Sergeant Lou Maynard is a sergeant on the police force and there are couple of officers that are getting ready to retire. Most of the other police officers and Maynard feel as if the retiring officers are slacking on the job. The officers police reports are very sloppy and don’t seem like professional reports. These two retiring officers have teamed together for a lot of years and have lost interest in being social with the other officers. The officers seem to be having motivational issues that need attention from Maynard. Maynard feels as if the officers have given up on the job. Motivation is something that changes on a daily basis for different people and usually it is because situations change. Maynard should look into Maslow’s motivational

Officer Etheya don’t ever send me a anything telling me about what another Officer says that's the problem now too much gossiping; it’s needs to stop. Furthermore, I never spoke with any Officers about anything that concerns you. However, I did speak with Sergeant L. Davis, so talk to Sergeant Davis about what I said. Otherwise, you can wait and speak to me, I would gladly repeat myself.
