During his time with the KSARNG Training Center, SSG Heiter was critical in the success of numerous missions to include his support of the Range Facilities Management System (RFMSS). During this mission, he implemented updates to RFMSS and served as the unit subject matter expert. His presence, unquestionable devotion, and solid work ethic were crucial in establishing a cohesive management team for all range/facilities customers.

His volunteer service helped grow and strengthen key community relationships with surrounding governmental partners and civilian business/service community. His community relations and service continued through four unit reorganizations and designations by the KSARNG.
SSG Heiter facilitated safe ranges for over 1000 Soldiers trained at KSTC range facilities without incident annually since 1999. He led safety and fire control teams to ensure no range fires effected operations or range equipment. As the NCOIC for all environmental testing and safety, SSG Heiter excelled with the unit receiving high marks and praise for facilities and range environmental practices throughout his service to the unit.

-Meticulous organizer. He identified and inventoried 97 pieces of electronic test equipment, resulting in overall improved accountability. He also coordinated the shipment of the test equipment to other NCTS Far East detachments, saving the command $171,772. As the Command Hazardous Material Coordinator, he updated the detachment's allowance list resulting in zero deficiencies during the 2014 Command Safety Inspection.
SGT Lucier demonstrated precision and professionalism as a team member of the Funeral Honors firing team. His sterling example, fostered a sense of teamwork, loyalty, and initiative in his subordinates while serving on the Headquarter and Headquarter Battalion Funeral Honors detail. He represented the Department of Defense and the United States Army with pride while rendering full military honors to peacetime and wartime veterans in the State of Texas.
For over 22 years, SFC Weems has served in the Kansas Army National Guard in military occupational specialty, 92Y - Unit Supply Specialist. Her career represents the spirt of Saint Martin. She has always put others before her own career. She is often recognized for her selfless service, devotion, and caring for others. This compliments her outstanding technical skills and accomplishments in the 92Y, Unit Supply Specialist field, and the Quartermaster Corps. SSG Hickerson served as Supply Sergeant of Intelligence and Sustainment Company of the Division Headquarters and Headquarters Battalion, 1st Armored Division, Fort Bliss, Texas. He planned, prepared, and executed all logistical operations for the Division Iron Focus Field Training Exercise, which ensured mission success. He additionally maintained and accounted for all the unit's equipment, to include during change of command inventories, to ensure no loss or degradation of over 27 million dollars of property.

Mr. Jose Cuayo has performed every major duty one can ask for a GS-12. His performance since arriving to US Army Europe is impeccable. Jose’s extensive field knowledge and experience allows him to stamp out fires before they become a command crisis. Although this is his first staff assignment, Jose has assimilated into the command and is performing admirably.
SSG Miller enlisted into the United States Army on April 20, 2006. He became a Patriot Fire Control Enhanced Operator/Maintainer. Upon completion of Advanced Individual Training he then deployed less than 1 month as a Force OPS Crew Member with C 3/43 ADA. He then certified on the AMG basic and intermediate gunnery certification. He then was able to complete advance gunnery tables in Qatar on the AMG.
I have known SSG Roberts for 15 years. During that time I have held various positions to include his direct supervisor for 2 years and now the USPFO Supply and Services Division Deputy. In the time I directly supervised him, I promoted him to the Small Shop Supervisor of the Supply Support Activity (SSA). SGT Jones served as a 92F squad leader in 3d CR, RSS, Support troop. She provided flawless fuel distribution, scheduled reports and ensured timely fuel resupply, as a result Packhorse troop never went black on fuel. SGT Jones is directly responsible for ensuring her platoon was in compliance with all OSHA, HAZMAT and safety regulations. 3. SSG Beauchamp is an adaptive leader who knows when to take charge. He mentored and developed his platoon, serving as a section chief for two radar systems at separate locations simultaneously.
SPC Manges performed outstandingly well while performing law enforcement duties on Camp Humphrey's. Was part of the force responsible for maintaining the good order and discipline of USAG Humphreys consistent of 12,000 people on a daily basis. His dedication to professionalism showed every time he worked law enforcement duties by assisting his fellow patrols.

SSG Crespo meritoriously served as a Senior Scout and culminated as a Platoon Sergent in 2D Platoon, Nemesis Troop, Saber Squadron, 2D Cavalry Regiment. SSG Crespo successfully led a scout platoon in two JMTC, two Troop certification, two Platoon certification and seven Gunneries. SSgt Kenyi appearance is immaculate, trim, and fit. He is very articulate in speech and polite in manner. As the lead Maintenance Instructor for GCSS, he taught GCSS to Marines of all ranks, for over 200 hours either in a classroom setting through coaching at the units location via over the shoulder.
