Some will be little and daily, but overtime these add up and can affect you in many ways. Stress can be positive or negative and can take many forms; a few being frustration, internal conflict, change, and pressure. All of which make almost a daily appearance in my life (Weiten, 2014).

2. There are many factors that could lead to the cause of a person’s stress response. One includes any life events or change to a person. Any transition that causes you to change and adjust your life style can cause a great amount of stress, being that you cant go day to day like you may be use to. Whether it may be a positive or negative, it tends to be stress-producing. Stress can come at very different levels. Stress can come in many different forms. Financial stress is a hard thing, and a lot of time takes time to fix the financial stressor. Thankfully, almost all of my stress is a result of minor things, but I can still determine common patterns of stress types, and I have a personal example for all of the main stress categories. The first type of stress is frustration, which can be described as wanting something, but being unable to attain it. I may experience this type of stress in a minor way every day. All I want after school is to go home and have a glass of chocolate milk and some bread. I look forward to this moment all day at school, but when the bell finally rings, I always seem to have some sort of meeting, task, or long conversation that is determined to keep me away from my snack, and my happiness is delayed one more day. The upside to this setback is that, when I finally do get a glass of chocolate milk and some bread, it will taste very good as a result of all the waiting. We describe this overwhelming sensation via utilization of the word known as stress.
