Three-quarters of all breast cancer patients are not in any of the groups considered at increased risk for breast cancer, indicating that not all risk factors are understood. As a result, doctors recommend that every woman should familiarize herself with the techniques for monthly breast self-examination. X-ray examination of the breasts, a technique called mammography, can detect tumors before they are large enough to be felt and increase the odds for successful treatment. The American Cancer Society recommends that women over age 40
The current view of Arab-Americans and Muslim-Americans has been misconstrued by the media leading to extreme contempt towards these groups of people. Most Arab Americans have been generalized as Muslim extremists or refugees, when in fact this is not the case. This paper will explain how these people became a “group of interest”, depict what kind of people make up the Arab American population, parallel refugees and terrorists to expose common misconceptions of Arab-Americans, explain the sects of Muslim religion and its values, and finally conclude with why this matters to the American education system and my own personal reflection on my research.
There are many methods of execution that have been used throughout the years. The most popular have been lethal injection, electrocution, and hanging. The lethal injection is the newest method of execution, and quickly became the most popular one. In 1982 the United States became the first country to use the lethal injection to carry out capital punishment. Lethal injection machine exist, and they were used by several states once, but now most states now opt to perform the injections manually due to the fear of mechanical failure. Electrocution was a popular form of capital punishment in 1880’s. In 1889, William Kemmler was sentenced to death, in Auburn Prison's electric chair, first in the country. Hanging was the primary method of execution

If it's treated early enough, breast cancer can be prevented from spreading to other parts of the body.
Preventative measures for breast cancer include mammograms, self-examination, diet, exercise and avoiding exposure to cancer causing chemicals. A mammogram is an x-ray of the breast to detect any abnormal masses in the tissue (See appendix B). A self-examination or clinical breast exam is the use of hands to feel for lumps, pain or changes in size (Center of Disease Control & Prevention, 2016). According to the U.S. Preventative Services Task Force (2016), women ages 50 to 74 are recommended to undergo mammography screenings twice a year. Marijuana, also known as cannabis, has been deemed an unacceptable and illegal substance in Canada, as well as in many other nations. It is a drug which can alter an individual’s sense of perception and distort one’s senses, and may become addictive if used repeatedly. Although marijuana is looked down upon in society when used for recreational purposes, it serves several beneficial purposes in the medical field. Breast cancer is a disorder that mostly happens to women, as for men it is very rare. BRCA1 and BRCA2 work as DNA but when they are not replaced correctly it can lead to cancer. When BRCA1 and BRCA2 is mutated, or altered , such that its protein produced either is not made or doesn’t function correctly, DNA damage might no be repaired properly. When you have breast cancer you can also be at risk of lots of other cancers. The process of BRCA1 and BRCA2 usually happens when you are young because than there is nonhereditary counterparts. However BRCA1 and BRCA2 can be harmful when mutated from either your mother or your father. And as for women when the harmful in BRCA1 or BRCA2 is mutated, their risk of cancer increases greatly. Almost 12 percent of women in the general population will develop breast cancer sometimes in their lives. BRCA1 accrues to women at a younger age and the BRCA2 accrues later in life mostly when you are about 70 years old
