THE PROBLEM AND ITS BACKGROUND

Introduction Bullying is a form of abuse. It comprises repeated acts over time and that involves a real or perceived imbalance of power with the more powerful individual or group abusing those who are less powerful. The power imbalance may be social power and/or physical power. The victim of bullying is sometimes referred to as a target. Many bullies don’t know the wrongness of their doings. They don’t know the affects that this can have on the students they bully. Sometimes bullying can lead deathly matters, or sometimes your highly classified serial killers, depending on how much self-esteem a person hat at that point in time.
