While hunting, they don’t violently attack the prey, causing pain, they hunt using different, less painful methods. You can tell a lot about these majestic creatures from their habitat, appearance, and life.

The Lion King is a timeless archetypal work that time after time has given youth hope and has shown them that courage is not always innate, but can be learned from just living life with a little “hakuna matata”. The Lion King, through the use of classic archetype, vivid surrealism, and iconic symbolism, shows a coming to age story that shows children that life is an adventure worth the trouble.

With all of the controversy surrounding the killing of Cecil the Lion, there have been other issues coming to light amidst the brutal attack against the lion. Zimbabwe’s president (Mugabe) was one of the first to comment upon the issue, and stated that he blamed the “vandals” for the death of Cecil, in addition to the people of Africa, seeing as though it was their job to protect their country and “natural resources”.
