Changes can be difficult. Transitioning into a new job, house, city, school or lifestyle can at times feel overwhelming and stressful, especially when forced out of your comfort zone and into trying something new. Routine and familiar surrounding allow human beings to feel secure, safe; and as long as we are floating peacefully in our bubble, we feel as though nothing could cause it to burst.
We are often afraid of change, because of the connotations that surround it: forcing ourselves to be vulnerable or unsure of what to expect, leading us to feel unprepared or unworthy. What many of us fail to realize however, is just how positive change can be.
