This brief study of at-risk adolescent girls shows the correlation between interpersonal relation and unhealthy weight as a result of binge-eating. An example is shown through the case of a 13-year-old, non-Hispanic White girl participating in clinical research via trial of interpersonal psychotherapy-weight gain (IPT-WG).
