There are numerous ways to define what a culture is however according to Merriam Webster culture is defined as the act of developing the intellectual and moral faculties especially by education. What this means is having an effect on a society, community, particular region or group of people find to be the norm both socially and morally. In the 1970s China’s economic reforms, began a series of tidal wave and increase in a substantial migration to urban areas surge.
