They will be graded by machine. The tests will be carefully constructed in order to cover the necessary material and so that, assuming adequate knowledge of chemistry, they can be completed in the time available. Test grades and solutions will be posted on Scholar the day after the test is taken.
You must take the tests on the specified dates, unless your absence is excused due to extended illness, emergency, or a university conflict. A request for an excused absence due to emergency or illness must be made in writing immediately upon your return to class by completing a "Request for Excused Absence Form" available from the Instructor. Chemistry relates to everything we touch, see, smell, hear, and taste because atoms make up everything in the universe. Chemistry influences so much in our everyday lives that it is hard to think of an activity that does not involve a chemical process in some way. The science also plays a major role in the human body. Our bodies are made up of chemicals, in fact almost 96% of our body mass is made up of four different elements: hydrogen, oxygen, carbon, and nitrogen. Besides the physical way I am affected by elements, chemistry also majorly affects me in my line of work as a certified nursing assistant. As a certified nursing assistant I work in a nursing home and
Here I am captured in this irritating street where all I can do is listen to music and look at Facebook. I am waiting for cars to start moving and continue with their destination. Little do I know that ahead of me is a two hour traffic. I am already tired, bored, and furious. I cannot believe I took this road home instead of my usual route. Why do I have to try new things? I should stick to what I know. While I sit in the drivers’ sit I am still wondering why I had the bright idea of taking a new way home, a way that I had little knowledge of.
P4) Review factors that have contributed to one declining destination (Cyprus) and one developing (Greece) in the European travel market.
