Introduction
Since morals and morality require conscious choices, man is the only animal who can be moral or immoral. Thus, man is the only animal who can consciously, or purposely make moral choices: to think or not to think, to produce or usurp, to benefit or hurt oneself or others. The meaning of moral is simple and direct (e.g., the productive actions of honest people). Whatever is consciously done to harm or prevent filing human biological needs is bad and immoral conduct. Honestly using one’s reasoning is always beneficial and moral; dishonestly using one’s reasoning nature is always harmful and immoral. The dictionary defines altruism is: “uncalculated consideration of, regard for, or devotion to other’s interests in accordance with ethical principles (www.dictionary.com)”. This research will discuss standards for ethical and moral conduct in the form of a code of ethics. With references to moral philosophical and social issues.
Any number of interrelated issues can arise in a business & customer relationship, especially with high volume sales or dealing with sensitive people issues. All activities are to be managed appropriately if only for one reason, to avoid adverse effects. Common issues in this ethical/unethical challenge include: o Entry and contracting o Trust and past
As a Director of Human Resources for a public organization, in writing a comprehensive Code of Ethics, I would define the following key areas regarding expected standard of employee behavior as especially important; 1. A code of conduct regarding sexual harassment, discrimination and equal opportunity, 2. Confidentiality and privacy, 3. Workplace health and safety, and 4. Drug free work environment.
Ethics is suggestive of what is morally right from wrong. This principle applies to many areas professionally and to human beings as they draw on such thoughts. On the other hand, there is more at risk for a professional to act in their best interest by being aware of regulations, limitations, confidentiality, and ethical principles. Subsequently, a violation in the before mentioned can lead to harm, distress, and lawsuits. In the field of psychology, ethics applies not only to human participants but also to animals. Like a manual that provides instructions an individual that are conducting research has various resources to resort to. In psychology, the APA Ethics Code, which includes 15 substandards is often referenced. For the purposes of this discussion, this writer will be discussing APA Ethics Code Standard 8, substandards 8.05, 8.06, and 8.07 and how these apply to a research study of this writer’s interest and in research.

The NEA code of conduct and the NAEYC code of conduct, were created for the same purpose, to demonstrate the ethical principles that teachers have to uphold in their job. Although they are different, their overall principles are basically the same. It is the teacher’s job to respect all parties involved in a child’s education and they must do no harm to the child. The teacher is responsible for all aspects of the child’s education and making sure that child has what he or she needs to succeed inside and outside the classroom. Educators, whether they are principals, teachers or para educators are responsible for upholding these ethical values.
I will show more compassion for all others. In my professional and personal life, I will take the time to listen to people and be genuine with help I offer.
The Ethics Code is intended to support us in differentiating between suitable and deplorable behavior in regards to all individuals. When working with adolescents and children, the guidelines become a little more ambiguous. Adolescents require consent from a legal guardian in most cases to seek treatment, but confidentiality permits some information discussed from being released to the parent that requested the treatment. When working with youth the primary focus can include not only the ethical decision, but the legal and moral decisions, as well.
Attorneys have to follow a code of ethics in order to maintain their practice. Each state has its own specific ethics code and/or rules, but generally they lay out how attorneys are expected to act while in their respective positions. The vast majority of attorneys follow the rules. However, for those who don't, each state has a disciplinary counsel or some other body that investigates and punishes code violations. Typically, an office of disciplinary counsel investigates only problems reported to them through a formal complaint process. Often, complaints come from clients, but they can also be filed by other attorneys as well.
A Code of Ethics is regarded as the written guideline to the moral constitution of an organization ( ). The Code of Ethics (Appendix A) outlines the rights, duties, responsibilities, and a benchmark for the organization and its evaluation (Mihai & Alina, 2013). It contains behavioral principles and rules of conduct that aids in the decision-making processes and balances the stakeholders ' expectations and interests against corporate responsibility ( ). The establishment and practice of a code of ethics is mandatory for all organizations to govern business practices. The Sarean Oxly Act was established as a result of unethical business practices. The successful implementation and communication of the ethical philosophy an organization uses to conduct business can affect the reputation, productivity, and bottom line of the business. The goals of a strong and comprehensive code of ethics implementation plan focuses on assuring the presence of appropriate internal policies and controls. The need for an organization to demonstrate a commitment to integrity and ethical values is a key element to improve the organizations stability sustainability ( ). The code of ethics should have a detailed plan of implementation that includes communication, managing, accountability, monitoring, evaluation and a process on handling the consequences of misconduct. This paper will outline a successful
2)The purpose of code of ethics is because it can bring cohesive understanding among physicians. It is like the set of rules that we have to follow in order to be successful. It can also be seen as our morals values of how we have to act in a business office or at a hospital. "Professional codes of ethics have vested interest in the conduct of their members for a number of reasons, including protecting the people the profession serves, ensuring the competence of members, and safeguarding the integrity and trustworthiness of the discipline"(Code, 2016, pp. 35-36). Code of ethics is like high school rules that we must follow when it comes to behaving and having integrity.
ASHA code of Ethics, Principle of Ethics II deals primarily with individual maintenance in relation to one’s profession. Rules of Ethics B specifically states that an individual who does not hold his or her Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) cannot practice clinical services; yet one who is in the process of acquiring this certificate can if in abidance with local and state laws.

ethical behavior is the guidelines of behavior perceived in respect to a specific class of human activities or a specific group, society, and culture. If you are ethical, it means you are morally right. If you are unethical, then you are morally wrong. However, how do we determine what is exactly right or wrong? Do we know if we are ethical or unethical? I believe that how people define “ethical behavior” or what people think constitutes ethical can be vary depending on culture we grow up with and the environment we grow up in. I don 't believe that we are able to know whether our actions are moral. There have been incredible changes in the previous decade, however a significant number of these have prompted contrasting moral assessments. Numerous individuals have swung to the law for the answers and other to their religion. Since there are such a large number of sentiments it gets to be harder to discover one that you can by and by concur with, and once you do, you discover an assessment you concur with you are not ready to know whether it is still the right conclusion. It has turned out to be hard in our age to discover a feeling that can be demonstrated totally wrong, on account of this we can 't know whether our conduct is moral.
Every day addiction specialists are faced with scenarios that make them question their ethical and moral backdrop; trying to acclimate the right choice can often times be problematic, even for the most advanced specialist. There are permissible ethical guiding principles that are universal or aphorisms that lead ethical perceptive and comportment (NAADAC, 2008). These guiding principle are commonly held as the values that head the behavior of an individual (Falls, 2006).
It has been brought to my attention that during the merger between UWEAR and PALEDEMIN that neither company has been working with a code of conduct. As we all know the Code of Conduct reflects upon the ethical culture of an organization, which is taken from the company mission statement. This meeting is in part to address this concern and to deliver the importance of having a Code of Conduct in place, which will be beneficial for both UWEAR and PALEDEMIN.
Every person acts a different way and has a different personality. One person can act kind and caring towards others, while another person can act upset and angry towards the world. It all depends on everyone’s perception of life and how they react to different events throughout their life. However, every faculty and place has their own code of conduct to respond to everyone’s actions in a fair and equal manner. According to the Cambridge Dictionaries Online, a code of conduct is “a set of rules about how to behave and do business with other people.” Every code of conduct varies from place to place, and even if one is not aware that there is a code of conduct enforced at the location where one is at, most likely there is one. For instance, a code of conduct can be present at a store, school, building, and organization. Unknowingly, when one walks into a store, one is consenting to the store’s code of conduct and must follow it. Imagine walking into Walmart or Target and having to follow all their rules without knowing them precisely, but having to follow them in order to be able to shop at the store. However, most of the time a code of conduct is made for their employees and they must follow it; in order to, to work for the company. For instance, as stated by the Walmart’s Global Statement of Ethics, a Walmart employee must follow guidelines such as “respect for individual, service to their customers, striving for excellence, and acting with integrity.”
