C.A.R.E. stands for, Community Affiliated Real Estate Expert, a paid membership Group, comprised of like kind thinking real estate professionals. I worked on a research project with a Harvard MBA business coach and a research librarian at Rollins College Social Entrepreneurship department on the biggest factors facing Realtors today. To discover what the need is and solve for them. It was then to develop an Educational based sales presentation to offer the opportunity to join the Network. I have much of the Guts or core of the stated research.
Below are the 5 biggest factors. 1. CRM and how it effects businesses, companies are losing up to 400% of potential income if they are not effectively using a management tool.

Challenges with Social Media and Technology (according The National Association of Realtors in 2016 a large majority they say this is the biggest thing effecting them today.)
3. Taxes and business services. This effects not only real estate agents but all business owners. The success in businesses often lies here, and the easiest way to make more money is pay less taxes. So often agents are not subject to consistent and up to date info on tax and business issues. Such as the difference between an LLC and S corp and when they should consider switching.
4. Branding, the ability to make a lasting impression and stand out in a sea of branded agents, building Trust.
(Social entrepreneurship and cause marketing, I believe this gives a market advantage mainly because real estate is such a relationship business.)
5. Purpose, this effects us all. It's a timeless question, Why am I here and what is my purpose? I have credible references on all or most of the data stated above. Above are the bricks and stick of the "service", I believe there are many solutions for the above issues facing Realtors. So what is C.A.R.E. Network? C.A.R.E.Network is a network Real estate professionals their clients, prospects and others who believe in building community through
In this crazy world, it is important to find those who you can depend on- in life, in love, and especially in real estate. Finding the right group of people to network with and collaborate with is key to finding success in this field. In analyst Jonathan Littman’s article, “Real Estate Reinvented,” Littman documents information that he researched on Northern California’s Alain Pinel Realtors. An Alain Pinel Partner and the company’s President, Helen Pastorino, states that “ [she] believe[s] that the ‘every agent for himself’ hurts sales and [she has] quickly turned to using computers and networking to [her] advantage” (Littman). A successful real estate agent will not be afraid to collaborate and work with others, because he/she knows that
Many of us may not realize how a simple looking business of real estate may become complicated at times. As a matter of fact, in some particular situations, it really becomes as complicated as one may find hard to believe. Employing or hiring a real estate attorney thus becomes the need of the day whenever, we plan buying or selling a property. Now,
Similar to the Ku Klux Klan, real-estate agents survive on the basis of asymmetrical advantages. However unlike the Ku Klux Klan, most information for selling or buying a home is available on the internet for any individual to see. Despite this public availability, people still chose to hire a real-estate agent. Considering the time spent to sell/buy a home increases if an individual was to alone make this decision, the benefit of another more specialized consultant often outweighs the initial cost. People therefore rely on the real-estate agent to make the best choices for that client, even if it is of human nature for the agent to act in his/her best interests. The agents themselves also evaluate the
Consider a company that offers coaching calls and private coaching forums. Teachers, fellow students, and real estate investors can guide you into the right path. A coaching forum is important so you can see what kind of problems other investors have. You can also interact and ask questions yourself when it comes to deal structuring, choosing the best deal,
Buying or selling a home can be incredibly stressful for the client. They need an agent who will be in constant contact with them to ensure they are kept up-to-date on the dealings that happen in the market. What might seem insignificant to an agent can be valuable information for the client. The agent has to answer questions and provide feedback constantly to buyers
2. Efficient marketing- Providing a number of marketing products and services including mass voice mail, mass text messaging, mass email among others, real estate professionals can effortlessly increase their sales and target the right sellers.
Customer Service has a big role in Real Estate. They said that communication is the best way to solve any issue. Let me discuss what are the responsibilities and importance of Customer service when it comes to real estate. Normally customer service handles Real Estate issues, over the phone and even by email. Real Estate is producing highly technical products, such as software or satellite television, often have technical support staffs to resolve problems. It is very difficult for the Real Estate to survive without the customer service. Why? Because if the customers wanted to inquire or to ask some questions so no one will take care of that. Therefore, when they have a question or some issue, they expect a Real Estate’s customer service department
Nobody is denying that the real estate market is tough at the moment and agents-even the good ones-are struggling to put food on the table. Thousands of agents have already left the industry and thousands more are contemplating their futures. While things may appear bleak, some agents are still doing well. They are the ones who take a different approach and dare to do things differently. Even though there are more listings on the market than ever before, securing listings is still the best way to generate extra income. While the reasoning is logical: the agent "owns" a listing, gets paid when the property sells-regardless of who sells the property, many agents forget this and assume that nothing is selling. Fact is, some property is still selling-just like it did in the great depression. And, many people and companies made their fortunes during the depression because the competition gave up. Even though thousands of agents have left the industry, there are still many good ones left-and these people are competing for every single listing like they are mining for gold. There are also unethical agents out there who will do anything to get a listing-including lying to sellers about how much the property will sell for, telling the owner that his or her home is worth more than every other property marketing their area, promising to spend thousands of dollars on advertising and falsely informing them that they have hundreds of buyers in their Rolodex who are ready to make an
Real estate can be a very lucrative business. Many people over the years have quit their current jobs and gone into real estate or have decided to become a real estate agent after retirement.
The real estate industry is a very demanding field. You have to truly be passionate about real estate in order to be successful. A real estate agent needs to be willing to go the extra mile and step out of their comfort zone in order to make their business grow. Local knowledge, attention to detail, and tenacity are also essential qualities in order to be a successful agent. This past summer I had the opportunity to intern at Keller Williams Realty in Waco, Texas. During the eleven weeks that I was there I learned a lot about what this career field requires and what it takes to be successful in real estate.
My main reason for choosing this topic is personal interest. It is my experience of working in real estate companies that has driven this research. It is not easy for a company to
An introduction to an agent in the real estate industry. To be in the real estate industry and be effective in your profession as an agent you need to have several abilities along with the vital credentials. The profession involves a lot of time management, some of your own money along with being able to successfully work at advertising your knowledge and talents as an agent to the general consumer. This will allow you to create an exceptional client data list. If you are successful and your client is pleased with the outcome of the sell or buy then you have opened the door for more referrals coming your way. This could even help to grant you some recurrences with your business. “If a relationship is the foundation of the business you are building, then trust is the cement from which that relationship is created”, Williams, 2014. In order for this to happen you must have an exceptional rapport within the business and their status should be just as exceptional with their current customers. If you are able to advertise your expertise and talents in the industry to the general customer then you will have an advantage over others in the field. The industry offers several styles for an agent to achieve a customer list that fits them and their expertise. In my assignment I am going to discuss how to gain a customer list of future clients, offer a summary of the sales procedures in the industry, ideas on getting positive contracts, along with issues that can arise
As a real estate professional, your reputation is everything. One happy client can quickly transform into multiple leads and numerous real estate transactions. Whether you are a mortgage loan originator or a real estate agent, the key to long-term success is how well you are able to generate referrals. Being pleasant, professional, and honest can help to build a reputation that will solidify
The online technology is expanding day by day. Real estate industry is that one where the information is required to make the deals. In the traditional times, the agents were the source of information and their role was very prominent. Now, people have started making transactions through online web portals which list and displays properties online. Even today, due to the lack of infrastructure, norms, government permissions and funds etc. only the half
(Robbins, Decenzo, & Coulter, 2015). I believe the real estate industry will continue to be customer driven with technology applications. Buyers and sellers are moving towards listing and selling their own homes without a licensed real estate agent. However, there are inherent risks, such as the lack of experience and understanding of real estate laws. Buyers and sellers are attracted to saving the commission percentages upfront later to find themselves in legal conflict in which they may be liable for repairs and non-disclosed issues of the asset. Bianca’s motivation to be aware of the changes in the real estate industry keeps her ahead of the trends and competition. She is self-employed and a self-managed professional, therefore her view of management is a reflection of her desired nature and perception of management.
