Comparative Analysis

A proverb says, “effective teacher is not simply a matter of executing specific behaviors and strategies, because effective teaching is grounded in human relationship.” Teaching is a profession that is considered to be a rewarding, challenging and a complex role. An effective teacher does not simply teach knowledge their students and instead aims to arm students with the knowledge, skills, understanding and attitudes that will prepare students for life-long learning. As a human, I really do think that our daily routines that we do, and our personalities may resemble that of an effective teacher. Some of my characteristics which I acquire in comparison to the personality characteristics of an ideal effective teacher are my high expectations, good communication skills, hard-working, non-biased and I have got a pretty good technological skill.
