Furthermore my knowledge about testing and FEA helped me in the analysis and testing phase.

According to AICPA website, core competency framework has developed to help accounting students to identify and strengthen their skills. There are three categories: Functional competencies, Personal Competencies and Business Perspective Competencies. Before I started reading this online source of the framework, I did not expect that being accountant has to possess “soft skills” because I thought the only technical skill were enough. Now I learn that in order to be competitive and successful in accounting field, we all need some soft skills, such as written and oral communication skill, problem-solving, the ability to work well with partners and other people, integrity and honesty.
Currently, I am completing one of the requirements of the Competency Assessment Programme (CAP) which is undergoing the clinical placement. When I learned that I will be assigned to work at an aged care facility, I felt excited. The feeling of imagining what will it be like working as a registered nurse in an aged care facility makes me feel satisfied because I know that aged care work is rewarding in itself since I have worked before as a healthcare assistant for a year.
Competency has two split meanings in it uses relating to evidence and witness themselves. In regards to evidence, competence refers to admissibility and specifically not hearsay. In regards to witness, the term refers to legal capability of an individual to give reliable facts for use in court of law. The general rule under rule 601 of the federal rule evidence provides that "every person is competent to be a witness except as otherwise provided in these rules". This rule governs and directs in decision making on a witness ability to provide evidence in a trial. It through assessments of competence that it is determined if a court can hear evidence from a particular witness (Nemeth, 2011).

In this assignment, I will be discussing three competency assessments about myself, answered by me and my associates. Haitham, my father, owns a construction company where I worked for one year after my undergrads. Muhannad, an old friend who I’ve shared countless memories with. Both assessments were answered from two different perspectives, as a friend, and as a site engineer.
I began my career as a computer operator for a small-scale manufacturing facility. I actually transferred from their customer service department, which is where I learned an excellent skill; I can defuse angry situations and bring calm attitudes to the forefront, which has helped tremendously when dealing with the user community. I worked with off-site developers, via phone conversations, and quickly mastered the concepts. I began to tell the developer what needed changing before they reviewed the code. Without formal training I quickly realized I only understood half of the equation; consequently, I returned to school to earn an associate’s degree in Business Computer Programming. I enjoy the collaborative effort involved in solving a particular challenge, but also enjoy the puzzle-solving aspects of code development; therefore I work alone or with others equally as well. I am looking to be part of a team that can encourage positive change regarding information systems.
“Social workers continually strive to increase their professional knowledge and skills and to apply them in practice (NASW, 2015).” As stated above the facilitators should research self-harm as a coping mechanism, a search for such a situation in a group setting could not be found, but I have found peer reviewed articles regarding the issue. It appears that there are varying degrees of seriousness, but “there is a stigma, myths and lack of understanding that foster burgeoning resentment among others can perpetuate the cycle of shame and guild among people that self-harm, which subsequently increases their dependence on the behavior (Long, 2013, p. 106).” The IASWG standards sections II competency-based assessment includes, emphasis on members strengths and concerns, empowerment, empowerment, and the type of group influences what worker does and how the group accomplishes its goals (IASWG International Association for Social Work with Groups, Inc. , 2015).” I do believe that the group being made up of social work students could possibly impact how the members and the facilitators handle the critical incident. I believe that the group as a whole as well as F4 will be empowered by addressing the thoughts of self-harm.
As an aircraft sheetmetal mechanic with a Federal Aviation Administration Mechanic Certificate with Airframe and Powerplant ratings and union representative I have gained a high degree of technical, administrative, effective communication skills, and human resource knowledge and abilities. Training and experience in these matters allow me to perform and advise on which actions to take and maintain product quality and a high level of coworker satisfaction. I develop plans and repair processes that ensure the repair will maintain quality and serviceability. I mentor employees and provide guidance to management.
