1.7 Distribution Network in Nestle India Ltd.
Nestle India Ltd. has its own distribution network, which comprises of 8 Mother godowns located in different regions of the country. The products from the different godowns are transported to Carriage and forwarding agent (1 in each state), from there it is transported to different distributor centers usually 1 in every city, Modern Trade Distribution centers and Super stock list( usually 1 in every city), from there it goes to different retailers, wholesalers and re-distributors to reach the end customers.
All the Nestle Distribution points are equipped with their own transportation facilities, and products are transported depending on the Golden Beat or Non Golden beat markets either twice in a week or once in a week.
