I would advise Shania that an LLC would be the best form of business to accomplish her goals. Shania wants to open a Christian coffeehouse and already has a name in mind. Colorado LLC laws allow LLCs to be formed with one or more members, taxes them at a lower rate like partnerships and sole proprietorships, and provides the members with lower liability that protects them from the company’s debt (Scrofano, n.d.). First of all, what is Citrix? Citrix has been always known as an application virtualization which focuses on delivering applications to a multitude of edge devices from PCs to smart phones. Citrix also have some of VDI offerings. VDI is generally named for Virtual Desktops or more specifically as Virtual Desktop Infrastructure. There are two kinds of VDI which are Server hosted desktop and Client hosted desktop. In Server hosted desktop the desktops can no longer bound to a location and in Client hosted desktop, virtual machines run locally on the client device. Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) refers to the process of running a user desktop inside a virtual machine which lives on a server in the datacenter. It is a powerful form of
