Thus the role of group work can be seen as one which places emphasis on sharing of thoughts, ideas, problems and activities.
The presentation of the interview allows the interviewer to build up the tone of the interview, play out any standard procedures of the interview process and establish compatibility with the interviewee. Introductions should be courteous and proficient, with proper handshakes. Other physical contact can be effectively confused and should be avoided. The interviewers’ identity should be disclose and the identity of the interviewee and others present must be verified (AICPA, n.d).
This assignment is a reflective account on what I have learnt on the subject of partnership working in both group meeting and overall learning of the module in Lecture and Seminar, and how this knowledge could be applied to my future practice in health and social care. Partnership working based inter-professional meeting- What I learnt This is a team work exercise that involves interaction between two or more people of different professional disciplines. it involves collaboration, cooperation, pooling of knowledge and profession, effective communication with members involved meeting together on agreed plans, monitoring and evaluation and be able to complete the task according to agreed procedures.

Effective work groups must have honest, open lines of communication that flow between all members equally. Members who understand each other's unique communication styles are very likely to move the group in a direction that would be productive. Members should never hesitate to communicate to other members about issues and concerns, as well as share new ideas (Ingram, 2017). Having a group that consists of a variety of professional competencies can help the organization meet a variety of challenges. This is known as diversity of capabilities, another element that is needed. When building an effective work group, it is essential to make sure that each selected team member has the skills and strengths that would complement the skills, strengths and weaknesses of the other members. The group leader must make sure that each member has a unique specialty would allow them to trust each other while understanding what their own contribution is (Ingram, 2017). Adaptability is another element that is needed. The work group would need to be flexible and adaptable, since strategies, goals, tasks, workflows and even members can change. Members should be able to get together and meet new challenges directly, rather than resist change
As I watched the recording of me interviewing Hannah, I recognized that my style of interviewing in a counseling position did not differ from the way it had when I was Editor. I still felt at ease with the person I was interviewing and responded in a similar way as what I would do if I was interviewing a person for a news article. This is both

Because our team only had seven members, not every role could be performed. As a matter of fact, some of us had to play two roles or three or more occasionally. According to Adair (1986), no matter which role who performs, individual contributions can be seen. Overall strengths of team and areas of weakness have been embodied in group work adequately. Unfortunately, due to less group members, 4 roles described by Belbin such as resource investigator, co-ordinator, implementer and completer finisher have not been well reflected.
Group members should be encouraged to share their ideas and comments, and teach each other to do well.
I also learned that interviewing can be a powerful tool. It is imperative to include as many perspectives as possible in order to successfully change an organization. These interviews provide individual insight as to the current state of the establishment, as well as provides many possible solutions to common problems. Through interviewing we were able to note common trends in information to provide a more complete solution to the overall problem.
Situational Interview Questions: These inquiries will gauge how a man would respond to genuine circumstances and give their conclusions. This sort of addressing is endeavoring to make the hopeful feel similar feelings that the meeting is attempting to introduce.
There are many skills that keep a healthy group climate and they are very important when working in-group situations.
Trust is another important function in our group. If we trust our group members, we don’t need to worry about his or her part of the work. Then, we can help each otherc to finish the difficult part. When we set up a group, we discuss about our goals, all of my group members want to get a good grade in this class, and I am a senior student, I will do my best to finish my group project.
