Since there was not even a year between Elizabeth and I, we grew up to be really close. Yes, she was my sister, but as we became closer she became so much more. She became my best friend. When we were kids, Elizabeth was a calm soul with love and passion for nature. She loved the scenery that surrounded our home. The mountains, which looked like they stretched into heaven, and the seasons, so calm and breathtaking, gave her life joy and meaning. I, on the other hand, was deeply in love with "the thirst for knowledge" as they call it. I loved figuring things out. I wanted to know how things worked and what made them work. The world was a mystery to me, and my curiosity wanted to know all of its secrets. I only had two close friends
Verin watched a group of young soldiers grapple behind the mess tent. He split his time between checking on Fynta and offering pointers when one of the guys showed bad form. So far, comms were still offline to the group that had entered the temple, but Verin didn’t worry. Fynta was impossible to kill, and he had little stake in the others. Granted, he rather liked the Togruta. She’d fought well on Tython.
I managed to make very few promises in my lifetime. The majority of them were with my mother, her pleading eyes telling me to stray away from things that could "harm" me. Usually after the first week or so it was broken, and the guilt washed away in time, but when Ruby Ramirez made one with me I knew I would have to keep my word.
My person was born on April 17, 1733 in Shadwell, Virginia. His mother was Jane and his Father was Peter. He was the third born of ten siblings. He was born into one of the most prominent Virginia families, because Jane was a member of the Randolph clan, which was a family that claimed they descended from English and Scottish Royalty. His father was a successful planter, surveyor, and cartographer
“Yes!” Luke was fighting to keep from screaming at the older man, his voice coming out in a hiss instead of a yell.
I nodded my head deftly as he held me in his arms. He only needed one as I sat there in his grip. I almost felt like a child being held like that, sitting on his arm.
He was tired. So very tired. His hands shook as he stared at his reflection in the mirror. Eyes, once vibrant in their innocence, had dulled to a flat brown.
"Initially, he wasn't sure what to believe," Leon said. "Della and my mother were both brought in for questioning, much to my dismay. It didn't take long for Mother to confess. She was desperate to protect Della from any suspicion." Leon said. His words came faster. "As you know, Uther had no tolerance for any kind of magic, even if it was used for good. He sentenced her to burn at the stake." Leon's voice wavered at those last words.
I was a bit under seven when I was found. They had come with guns and flamethrowers, against my village’s spears and stone swords, but the members of our struggling village put up a good fight, but not for long. Us children were snagged up like leaves in the wind, and carried away. Most were knocking out by their captors to stop their screaming, I pretended to be as well, I was terrified to be hit in the head with one of their clubs.
Eli was in the shop checking on the shipment that had come in this morning. Glad to see that the parts he had ordered for his current restoration project were all here and in good condition. This put him in a great mood.
I woke up in the middle of the night to the flash of lightning which was quickly followed by the loud boom of thunder. My entire body was shivering from the freezing cold rain water that had completely drenched my attempt at a shelter. Since I have never had to build a shelter before, it was not sturdy at all. When the rain had pounded down upon it, the top of the shelter had caved in and then eventually collapsed leaving me with no shelter at all.
" You may claim such, but your body is responding favorably. " Ixchel proclaims, removing his hand from her still pure womanhood and it's shameful display or need, infused due to his uninvited touch. " You'll have your first tryout tomorrow, you'll loose your virginity then ! " he announces, moving back towards his table where he procures a black, near metallic looking ring, a collar of sorts that seems devoid of any mechanism to open it up.
His relationship with Hazel was finally going somewhere, and he couldn’t be happier. It might even be better than winning this week’s tournament. And that meant a lot, considering what Beyblade meant to Shu. The shock had worn off, and today he felt more energetic and motivated than ever before. His next match, the semifinals, were tomorrow. He was facing off against Orochi Ginba and his Omni Odax. He wouldn’t forget the promise he made to Valt. They would meet in the finals no matter what. Nothing could stand in the way of Shu when he made a promise, and that was final.
Words such as desire; hungry; needy; and wanting suddenly sprang to mind as each step brought Lillian closer to him. She couldn't take her eyes off him; what was even crazier was that she didn't want to. In fact, all she wanted was to get to know him. Life was too short to wonder what would have; could have; or, should have. Thinking so wantonly brought a deep blush to otherwise pale cheeks. The smile that had appeared upon seeing him first hadn't dimmed. If anything, it had become brighter.
The servants’ entrance was crowded with the bodies of the kitchen workers who had snuck away. It was hard for Merlin to get around them, and he whispered apologies to the ones he stepped on. As he made it to the tapestry that obscured the doorway, he noticed Arthur following him, headphones in place. Merlin hoped he had music playing; he wasn't sure the ear pieces by themselves would block the sound sufficiently if they found the source of the music.
Now this is a story about how a man's heroism saved a life of a dozen others.Ashlyn and Kelbie were in one of the twin towers, answering phones, when all of a sudden they felt a boom and a big crash.Everyone went flying and people were hit by the plane and objects went every where either on the floor or on bodies.Ashlyn and Kelbie were the luckier ones they were farther away from the crash, but Ashlyn was hurt badly she had her head slip open and Kelbie had a printer on her leg. They both tried to stay strong but knew this was their end and time.Everyone was saying that there was no exit and that there was no way out.
