As I begin to reflect on my 19 year law enforcement career, I am astounded at how fast it has gone. It seems like yesterday when I was pinning my badge on for the first time, proud to wear the uniform and represent the community I so proudly serve. I continue to love our profession and love to share my passion with my co-workers every chance I get. I currently serve as our department’s Director of Training. In this position, I have the privilege of welcoming brand new police trainees to our profession.
