In addition, the lacking of potential applicants was also a serious matter as well as the short-lived of leadership in the four years that the school was opened. This solution to modernize the institution was a critical factor in determining the school existence. However, with this new manager on-board, this organization would be heading to a new direction. I chose to attend WBU for its insistence on the need to prepare well-educated individuals in a Christian environment. For me, undertaking my studies in such an institution would in addition to developing my moral character also enable me to become a highly productive professional in my chosen career. As a result of coursework completed at the university, I have experienced both academic and professional growth in a number of academic areas. In terms of personal growth, I am now a better communicator. Further, I now regard myself a better decision maker. On the other hand, I have also grown professionally as far as my understanding of management theory and practice is concerned. My understanding of organizational behavior has also been enhanced as a result of coursework completed at the university.
SUMMARYThe case, "Greenhill Community Center", depicted the dilemmas and crises that the new Executive Director, Leslie, had encountered after she got accepted as the new Executive Director of the Greenhill Community Center. She had an MBA degree, and she personally thought that she had enough experience in each area to manage all directors and staffs by using all she had learned from school. However, one year after she worked at Greenhill, she started felt frustrated and hopeless.
In May 1992, thirty years old, Denise Johnson, was found dead in Maricopa County, Arizona near Phoenix due to asphyxiation by strangulation. She was found naked with a cloth tied around her neck, also there was a pager found nearby. This pager that was found was traced back to a man named Mark Bogan, who had been spotted in the area, and was last seen with the victim before her disappearance. During our negotiation with D.G. Barnhouse (DGB), we intend to utilize an integrative bargaining strategy with management. Before coming to this conclusion, we weighed the advantages and disadvantages of a distributive approach, however, we eventually decided to take an integrative and predominantly interest based stance versus a position based stance in our negotiations after assessing internal and external environmental factors. In addition, we settled on this strategy because we ultimately believe that management and the union share at the very least, one fundamental common interest, which is the firm’s financial stability. The plaintiff, Brian Seamons, was assaulted in the locker room by a group of his teammates by grabbing him, forcibly restraining him, and bounded to a towel rack with highly adhesive athletic tape. The supreme court case that I decided on was the case of Gavin Grimm v. Gloucester County School Board (ED. VA.) (Unknown, 2017). This case is about an 18-year-old male that attends a Virginia high school in Gloucester County Virginia. Gavin has male features and facial hair like a male and a deep voice like a male; however, he is in the process of being a transgender. The problem is Gavin uses the men’s restroom and is fighting for a transgender restroom throughout the school. The school board’s policy denies transgender students access to the restrooms used by rest of the student body because it violates the Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 (Unknown, 2017). She said Saturday Nakisha and her three children came to a party their family was having when she discovered that something unusual was going on with Nakisha. In the case sub judice, the County introduced seventeen pieces of evidence to be relied upon by the Board when rendering its decision. Floyd failed to object to the introduction of any of the evidence entered against him so as to give the Board an opportunity decide upon his objections in the first instance. The failure to adequately preserve these issues impairs out ability to assess the merits of Floyd’s arguments with the benefit of a developed record. We, therefore, hold that Floyd’s objections to the hearsay evidence admitted against him were not adequately preserved for judicial review. Assuming, arguendo, the questions here were preserved, for the reasons stated below we hold the admission of the evidence against Floyd did not deny his procedural due process rights.
