The word "Love" has many different descriptions. People use the word to describe their favorite foods, how they feel about certain music, or how they feel about their spouse. Although many people use the word love very often, they don't know the true meaning. In my opinion, love is when you care for another person very deeply and you would do absolutely anything for them.

Love is a strong and lasting affection between spouses or lovers who are in a happy passionate and fulfilling relationship. Love is portrayed differently in various texts and media. Love can be shown or expressed in many different ways. Love also has many ups and downs, and can be viewed differently by various people. Love will always have a heavy emotional impact whether it is good or bad.

Love is defined as “a feeling of strong or constant affection for a person”. Love is something that everyone has felt at one time or another in life. But nowadays people tend to use the word love so frivolously. Love is something people spend their whole lives searching for, while others fall in and out of love on a daily basis. Love is rarely defined because everyone experiences love in their own way. But in order to understand what love is, you must first understand some of the different types of love like fraternal, platonic, and romantic. These are a few types of love that help to define such a special and complicated emotion that we all need to live a complete and fulfilling life.

Love is defined and expressed in many ways. The word love is used in our culture to express many different types of emotional connections. According to Roman Kiznaric, the ancient Greeks used six different words to define love. There was a different word for each of the following types of relationships: sexually passionate, deep friendship, playful with friends or new romantic interests, love for mankind, long relationships, and of the self (Kiznaric).

Many people believe that romantic love is an integral part of life, and spend decades looking for it. This type of love has become just another thing to achieve in order to “level-up.” Love, in general, is not something that we can put on a to-do list. Love might come with long black hair and blue eyes, making you swallow your bravery and your words as your heart beats a little faster. Love might be the person you grew up with, or the person that chooses to cross the road just as you start to drive across. Love could be holding a pizza and saying “your total is 24.95”. Love could be staring at a smartphone, oblivious as your nose finds the smells of the world while theirs is buried in their phone and they can’t detach themselves from the media.

It’s used as a replacement word for infatuation or happiness. This is why it has become a common fear to lose love, but it is irrational because love cannot be lost, but feelings are always lost, so it is and unrealistic goal to never lose a feeling. The honest definition of love is a lifelong commitment to positive emotional attachment to another. It doesn’t mean that feeling of happiness and pleasure will always be felt towards that person. The definition of love can be varied from person to person and from culture to culture. When a woman is in love, it can be seen in her eyes. Women are usually mesmerized by what their loved one is doing. An action as simple as driving can be mesmerizing to a woman. When men are in love, they touch their woman in public. The men make sure their partner feels love by holding their hand or hugging them. Love can be defined as putting someone else’s feelings before their own. It means that there isn’t another care in the world except for that  person. For example, the man tends to worry about their partner in the littlest circumstances; even when the other person just has a tiny cold.

For many years people have been using the word love but do we really get the concept of love or is it just another word that's in our vocabulary? Is it just a word that we use to describe a strong emotion towards someone or something? I believe that we, as human beings, don't understand the concept of love and that love is just another word.

“Love” is a savage topic to cover, especially since it’s different when from person to person. My thesis is that love has no definition. There is no one single thing that it is or can be. One person may feel that it’s a passionate affection for another person, while another person may think that it means to embrace or kiss another person. It’s all about perspective and the type of person. Love is a complicated word, feeling, action, thing that no one can explain. Therefore in this essay, I’ll try and explain as many meanings as I can so bear with me!

That’s what we need to figure out by our self, but while we are at it. When we are dating someone we should ask our self this “Do I trust that person to the whole existence of my heart?” “Can I trust them to not cheat, lie, frame or beat/abuse me?” If we took a while to think about it, then we don't “love” them or trust them. “Love” ain’t “love” without trust, too bad once I trusted everyone and “loved” everyone but now the max I feel is like. There is no such notion as “love” because to be honest can someone really tell me what it is without looking it up or going off of what everyone had told us or thought. Can we say I can lie and die for my family, or that I won’t rat them out for a billion dollars? Some say they can but truth be told we all will do it in a heartbeat because we are selfish creatures. “Love” only exist in fairy tales just like magic, there's no such notion or will ever be. We as the world are all delusional, we think we “love” someone because of these lies being passed down from generation to generation. Just so we can spend more money on people or make people believe they ain’t worthy of such great “love”. Seriously, can we honestly say “love” is so great, no because it's not and it is just an excuse some use to cover up an obsession of someone else? Or to help us get out of our shell to be a better version of our self. Hence, the real reason someone says they “love” us is so we can help them with something, but we as people are so gullible that we fall for it. One day the world will know and realize, that “love” doesn’t exist. Then that will be the day the whole world wake

According to the Webster dictionary the word love is made up of several different definitions. However, these definitions of love are the same and yet different. Even though this is a small four letter word, it has a great impact on the world. Love seems to be the main
