TS-Deving: When it comes to Teamspeak, I can setup permissions to all the staff ranks even though the teamspeak is already set up, if there were anything that would need fixing, I can ensure that I can fix it in a matter of time.
Honesty: I am always honest when it comes to honesty. For example if a Manager came up to me one day and told me you false banned this person. I would say okay I will do better next time and make sure I don't false ban him rather than make up excuses and try to defend myself and back talk him.
Dedication/Motivation: When it comes to something long-term, I am always up to the task weather the task may be easy or difficult. For example if I'm stressed about something such as support rooms but I have to do it, I won't slack and continue to put all my effort into a task.

I am also always on the look out for /reports and /HelpOps to make sure all players in-game are satisfied with there game play on the network and if they have a problem, I will ensure that it gets fixed
One of them being conscientiousness. Conscientious people are very driven and orderly. They set goals and firm plans to achieve these goals. Rarely are they spontaneous or disorganized. My score within the Big Five Personality Profile was moderate for conscientiousness. I would say that I do exhibit some of these characteristics. I can be very organized and reliable. As a weakness, I find that I am not always a self-starter. I will set goals and stick to them, but need that push from others to get started. For instance, I was given the opportunity to work on an exciting new project at work that involves direct feedback from employees that I would personally deliver to upper management. This would be a big responsibility as I would be representing hundreds of employees and voice the current concerns of our group. I was asked to think it over. While processing the position, three others volunteered and I lost out of the opportunity. I took my time and wasn’t as organized in my decision making, therefore I missed out greatly.
If I get chosen to be on the staff team I will dedicate the majority of my free time to being on the server and assisting other members. I will try my hardest to check ban reports, find hackers in game and respond to any question given to me or any unanswered threads on the forums.
I feel that I am a very dedicated person. Take marching band for instance. It is an extracurricular activity that takes over 2000 hours of your life over the course of four years. That is just over 83 straight days of your life put solely into one activity. This is all while juggling academics, athletics, and work. Dedication is very important to me as a person because i feel that if you aren't going to give something your all, then you're wasting your time.
I am never on TeamSpeak, and that's because I don't HAVE TeamSpeak :p. Never bothered to use it as I have had problems with installation in the past. If TeamSpeak is required for staff then I would be happy to use it.
If I am to get staff I will help out the server by being active and helping players with their problems. I will also warn people before I report them or mute/kick/ban them. I am active on the forums and will help people with their problems in the shoutbox.
How active are you on TeamSpeak? Currently I’m not active on TeamSpeak at all because I don’t have the accessories to use the software and I have a quite noisy house, however I will try to become active when I acquire my own laptop.
Do you have Telegram & Teamspeak?: Yes, I do and I will spend a lot of time in the faithful ts to help out as much as I can. I will also check telegram regularly.
Stephen King was quoted as saying, “The scariest moment is always just before you start.” A plane crash is bad enough; throw into the mix that the plane crash landed in a vast desert far away from anyone and anything. The team showed great cohesiveness in its ability to get through the groupthink and group shift behaviors. In this paper, groupthink and group shift behaviors will be discussed. This paper will cover points to show how through both behaviors the group will remain cohesive and put aside any individual needs and focus more on the needs of the group. Even though the situation will be tough, the team will plan, find harmony and put their brains together to find ways to survive.
I notice when I join TeamSpeak is that many players are waiting in support rooms and no one is on or the complete opposite :). I promise I will change that. When I get on my computer, I will open TeamSpeak to join a support room and help people. I will also open Minecraft so I can watch chat for anyone else that needs
An example of groupthink can be the terrorist attack of 911. Although it was a very tragic situation, Obama Bin Laden and his group planned it out. They came together and made a decision on something that they wanted to do. Osama Bin Laden was looked at as a idol by his people and he had several people that was high ranking in his culture to help him out. Their acts were evil and cowardly, but the power of groupthink was able to persuade people to carry out the attack. Groupthink exist in society everyday, the power of group thin is very strong. The more people that are contributing to a cause usually mean the better chance the goal will be completed. Groupthink is when people think and act alike in a particular group (Baumeister & Bushman, 2013, p. 524-525). Another example
On October 15, 1962, the United States viewed reconnaissance photographs of Cuba and discovered Soviet missiles which were under construction. The next day President John F. Kennedy was informed of the discovery and the President formed a group of twelve advisors to plan and handle the crisis. The advisors met for seven days to plan a strategy on how to handle the crisis and on October 22, 1962, President Kennedy revealed the crisis to the American public and of his decision to surround and blockade Cuba. President Kennedy also made the announcement that the Soviets would need to remove their missiles from Cuba and any missiles fired from Cuba would be considered a direct threat to and attack on the United States.
Others would describe my ability to persevere as one of my major characteristics. My intent is achieving my goals and so the people with whom I am associated know that I will do whatever is necessary to ensure my success. Sometimes it is difficult but I never lose sight of my goals. My friends believe that I am very focused and will endeavor to strive for success.
The first characteristic I exhibit is persistence. It is important because I cannot quit on myself , or those dependent on me when I encounter failure. Whichever way failure presents itself , I must repeatedly change what is preventing me from succeeding and attempt the task again. I most commonly exhibit this characteristic during physical activities. For example , during swim season , I will repeatedly attempt to beat personal records without being discouraged when I only take a quarter of a second, or none, off my time. This shows persistence because I continue to attempt to succeed despite repeatedly failing in the past.
I often chat with staff wether it's talking about the server or having a conversation outside of Minecraft. I've never had any arguments/fallouts with staff and I hope to keep it that way. I also have some of the team on Skype but my interactions are usually through the server or forums.
I am driven to keep trying to gain a position in a field I know I can make a difference in. My drive is what always reminds me of why I want to make a difference. My career path is on my mind consistently, and I will always work hard to achieve my goals.
