Trapped
“Loki” I called, “Come on, time for a walk.” That was all it took, when I was only halfway through the sentence my dog came charging over, almost knocking me down. I laughed. “We’ll go outside in a minute, just hold on.” I said as I attempted to put a leash on the excited husky. I’d had a long day at school, and I was ready to take a break. ’A walk outside would be pretty nice.’ I thought.
It was the beginning of winter and there was already a foot of snow outside covering the houses and cars in the neighborhood. It was lightly snowing outside when Loki and I started our walk. I looked down at him and could see the excitement in his eyes. ‘I guess it wouldn’t hurt to let him off leash for a little while’ I thought. Loki ran down the street and back, kicking snow up into the air as he jumped through the frosty air. I started walking behind Loki, too tired to keep up, as he bounded through the snow, kicking it up into the air and running through it again as it fell to the ground. As I watched him play in the snow I couldn’t help but smile, ‘he’s such a little dork’.
I looked away for a moment, admiring the snow in the trees. I whipped around as I heard Loki dash through the snow heading straight into the woods.
“Loki, come back!” I yelled. Nothing happened. He didn’t even slow down; It was as if he couldn’t even hear me. I chased after him as fast as it was possible in the snow. Loki was already out of
Loki didn't acknowledge the action, his outward appearance solemn. "You're right to be scared. There's no reason of being ashamed of it." He paused in his steps, inches away from the glass. "It is a natural reaction for your kind. A good one. It's what keeps you alive."
Feeling someone piercing his back with their eyes, Loki turned around to see Thor staring at him with a stun expression.
“Shoo!” he ordered, shifting his spellbook to his other hand and using the other to wave the Asgardians away. Thor drew back, insulted. The warriors three exchanged amused looks, and Loki shifted his weight uncomfortably. “Leave this place. Such a beast won’t be downed by brute force, you oaf.”
Peering over the rim of the shard of concrete, your worst nightmare greeted you. Loki was on the other side, in full regal robes, his sceptre glowing, and that infuriating smirk on his face. Grinning down at you, he held out a hand, and you knew then you'd never stood a chance. He was a god, and you were but mortal. Nothing you could've done would've stopped him, not alone.
Loki is a introverted 16 year old. he loves to read, and usually just prefers to be alone, but that all changes when he gets braver than he's ever been before.
“-This is it.”- was Loki´s thought, everything was ready. It was time to set his plan in motion, but he wasn’t exactly thrilled about it. He sighed as he readied himself “-Did I miss something?”- He thought nervously, but he knew it wasn’t the case. “-I’d better go through with it, there’s no going back now, and this better be convincing. He bit his lower lip while going over his plan in his head “-Quit stalling!-“he admonished himself.
“And I was you brother!” Loki spat, sitting bolt upright, indignation stiffening every bone in his body. And not incidentally, surprising not only Thor, but himself with the vehemence of his reply. Although Loki was glad to find that the pain he experienced when Thor was unthinking dismissive was no longer as sharp. Possibly because he’d out grown the need for Thor’s approval?
Squinting, I could see some footprints. I dashed out the door without saying anything to anyone or wearing snowboots, and ran to the back of the house.
Remi, Mr. Vitalis—his adoptive father—, and their white dog Capi found themselves leaving Paris in the middle of the worst snow storm in memory. As street performers they couldn’t afford lodging, so they headed out to a public shelter. Penniless, conquered by disillusionment and hopelessness, Vitalis’ soul sank into despair and, as his body weakened and temperatures dropped, he lost his sight. The snow covered the road; they lost the way. The only shelter they could find was the roofless remain of a ruined farm. Mr. Vitalis was suddenly awakened by Capi’s frantic barking realizing Remi had succumbed to the cold and was now frail and barely conscious, his life fading away. Vitalis decided to continue walking to find shelter and avoid falling
I looked forward and ran. I ran as fast as I could, knowing what would happen next. His screams became distant, and I could not only ear my own panting as I sprinted
We eventually were bundled up in our thousand layers of clothes, and waddled with excitement outside to the snowmobile. I hopped on in the front, my father following behind me and Hunter behind him holding on to his waist.
Call it down. I heard Loki’s voice whisper to me, just as he’d done during the training. Call it down, and make it obey your will, sunshine.
“Loki has made mistakes, but even he cannot escape that of destiny and fate, but you can. Come and train with the Valkyrie, so that you are ready for the next battle.”
Thor turned his attention back to me, and seeing his glee, I hated every moment of it. “You came for me like I knew you would.” He gushed.
I was alone in my apartment at 8PM. My dog, Loki; an Australian Shepard, was by my side on the couch. I live with my fiancé, but he 's currently at work. So I 'm home alone on the couch, waiting for my “Knight in shining armor” to come home. As I 'm watching the latest episode of Steven Universe,(Yes, I 'm a child. So what?) I hear a noise come from the front door. It 's too quiet to be able to tell what it is. Loki barks at anything that he hears out of the ordinary, so the fact he hasn 't moved puts me at ease. For now at least.
