According to Schwalbe (2012, p.4) a project can be defined as, ‘‘a temporary endeavor geared towards the production of a particular product, service or result with a specified starting and ending date, designed to attain unique goals and objectives, in order to add values or bring about valuable changes’’. Project management is a noble profession but at the same time very challenging and needs expertise knowledge in order to better manage successfully projects. The reason is that, projects are not static by nature due to the numerous factors affecting the processes involved in a project that makes it cumbersome to manage. It can either be product scope or project scope management.
