In the world , the lifestyle of modern social work is rapidly changing , and people's rhythm of life is becoming faster and faster. People always complain that the work lifestyle is breaking their daily life and they think there must be more flexible ways of working to arouse their enthusiasm for work , and help them to adjust the most suitable time schedule to ensure enough time for rest which make them minds keep highly awake so that the employers can get higher benefit .
