In the world , the lifestyle of modern social work is rapidly changing , and people's rhythm of life is becoming faster and faster. People always complain that the work lifestyle is breaking their daily life and they think there must be more flexible ways of working to arouse their enthusiasm for work , and help them to adjust the most suitable time schedule to ensure enough time for rest which make them minds keep highly awake so that the employers can get higher benefit . In this way ,many companies discuss a system which called "Flexible working ".Flexible working is ways of working hours that suit the needs of employees and often increasing their work-life balance. However, during the projects, the system can have the advantages and disadvantages. For the aspect of advantages , for example, flexible working can reduce the employee rate of absenteeism and late. What's more , flexible working can improve employee's productivity . In addition , it can reduce the overtime pay. However, the flexible working also bring the difficulties to the managers for they cannot guide the work for staff. Overall, flexible working system has much more advantages than disadvantages. Flexible working system can reduce the costing by reducing the employee rate of absenteeism or late and also attract young workers in order to greatly improve the economic benefits.
