This case study pertains to Dan Lee, a 24-year-old Chinese-American, who is a pre-med student who is obtaining counseling for his emotional issues. In previous years’ doctors diagnosed Dan Lee with auditory processing disorder, which could be a contributing factor to his current emotional issues. Dan Lee’s behavior is related to his interpersonal relationships pertaining to family, friends, and school; causing him to experience anxiety, tension, sadness and anger (Hutchison, 2015). He has placed himself in such an authoritative role when caring for his families well-being that he has unconsciously forgotten the understanding of social well-being. There are two major factors that are contributing to Dan Lee’s stress and irrational behavior; his drive and thought pattern, which relates to Sigmund Freud’s, Psychoanalytic Theory (Freud, 1899).

The Thomas D. Dee Memorial Hospital was founded in 1910 by Annie Taylor Dee and her eight children as a tribute to their husband and father. The hospital was ready for occupancy on December 29, 1910. Unfortunately, by 1914 the Dee family could no longer provide the funding needed to operate the hospital. Financial appeals to keep the hospital open were made to the Weber County Commissioners and medical staff but to no avail to save the institution. The hospital was scheduled to close its doors on November 15, 1914.

I have had a very poor experience using Jetstar recently and I am escalating the matter as the call centre provided no resolution. On 23 March I made 2 booking for Melbourne – Hong Kong – HYPYJP. After going through the booking process I was unable to select seats. Repeated attempts to book seats online failed and numerous attempts to do through the call centre provided no resolution. The call centre stated that I could not do so until I arrived at the airport, which not satisfactory as part of the reason I booked business fares was that it offered seat selection. Yesterday I checked again on-line and the function to select seat seats was enabled. However, by that stage my preferred seating was not available. On calling the call centre, no
