1. Because of preconceived assumptions, that lead us to believe the principals outlined in “Duty of Care,” should be the shared responsibility of both the bicyclist and the truck driver, as the witness states: “Neither of them was doing anything wrong. It’s one of those cases where you can truly say it was an accident….It was nobody’s fault.”
For Shelby and Mark, they are faced with determining what insurance policy will fit their needs now and in the future. With Shelby owning her own business, this health insurance policy will cover both her and Mark, so consideration needs to be given to the health of both individuals. The health care insurance planner sheet will allow them to review the numbers behind both policies to determine what is best for them financially, as well as in the event that one of them should suffer some type of medical crisis. This form will give them the tools to make an informed decision concerning the out of pocket costs for both HMO and a traditional policy. Additionally, should a medical crisis occur that forces either Shelby or Mark into claiming
In order to be properly prepared for an outage in the magnitude of what transpired to the CareGroup network, systems and process control may have prevented this unfortunate event from occurring. Instituting a preventive approach to network functionality and security, along with a contingency plan to deal with failures or breaches to the system should have been in place.

How does one decide where to put a loved one, once they realize that they cannot provide care anymore? For anyone, deciding to put their loved one or themselves into a long-term care facility, it can be difficult and resources can be hard to understand. In March of 2016, I personally went to three nursing homes in Northwest Ohio region. These nursing homes were; Concord Care Center of Toledo, Swan Creek Care Center and Lakes of Monclova Health Campus. Two of these nursing homes; Concord Care Center of Toledo and Swan Creek Care Center were in urban settings while Lakes of Monclova Health Campus was in a rural setting. All three of these facilities welcomed me, were happy to answer my questions and provided me with residents to interview as well.

It appears that the treating doctors you constantly echoed in my ear that I am allowed to see under the 504 WORKERS COMPENSATION INSURANCE POLICIAL SUDIVISIONS is now not part of the network or you did not approve the doctor’s visit. I was told by you, Ms. Franco I had two choices to choose from Care Now and Concentra. Care Now was not my choice and I choose Concentra. I had no treating doctor at Care Now and Concentra, I am seeing whoever is on duty that day. I have complied with all asked of me. Although critically acclaimed film maker Luis Buñuel may have believed that, “Age is something that doesn’t matter, unless you’re a cheese”, the state of the Germany’s elderly population prior to the implementation of the Long Term Care Insurance Act in 1995 exemplifies that this mantra does not hold water. This essay seeks to analyze the conditions in Germany that gave rise to the adoption of LTC insurance, discuss the stipulations that manifest with the initiative, and argue in favor of the acts implementation.
1. The most significant problem was CareGroup suffered internet collapse in November 2002 and caused every software that required network unable to function. The main factor of this problem was the huge data transfers in short period of time and monopolized all networks resources and caused other users unable to connect to the service (the same idea of DDos attack). There were three underlying causes of this internet collapse. First of all, algorithms for computing alternative data paths were unable to function correctly. Due to the evolved of network, the network components were mostly rely on the service of major switch which meant that they lost the capability to find the new paths if they lost the services. Second, CareGroup IT did not use network traffic control system to efficiently distribute the resource. Although the data center was able to process 40 terabytes of data per day, it did not mean the system was good at handling extreme events. The last underlying cause is CareGroup IT did not frequently check the status of the router. The case referenced that CareGroup IT and the Cisco SWAT team found out the firmware in the old router was broken due to permanently written into the microchips.

In November of 2002, a researcher experimented with a program on CareGroup’s network and left the program running. This program involved massive amounts of data being transferred across the network. As the program continued to run, it monopolized a centrally located network switch. This caused data to flow along alternate paths. As data ran through these peripheral paths, it exposed problems that had been masked. The paths had not had to handle the volume of data that was being transmitted before and it lead to problems involving the flow of information. These peripheral paths ended up getting thrown into a loop which caused them to malfunction as well.
CARE International is the name of an International Non Governmental Organization that works on behalf of human rights issues. The mission of this organization is to provide help to the people that live in the poorest areas of the world. CARE International has done a lot of recent work in places like Haiti. Cross Et Al’s culturally competent care system states what appear to be obvious suggestions after attending many classes within this program. In feeling this way I believe that I need to work on; “Acknowledges and accepts that cultural differences exist and have an impact on service delivery”, because I may assume that a culture difference is obvious and not emphasize it enough to allow my client to be comfortable and benefit from the time we pend together.
