DISCUSSION: Commissioner Everett introduced those present in regards to Jack Robinson and Randy Edie’s concerns regarding access to their property, which they feel is obstructed by a gate along State Dam Rd. Robert Edhouse, leader of a white supremacist group who has been convicted over the murder of a man in Perth has been charged with trying to assault someone while in the courtroom. It happened after Robert was convicted for the murder he lashed out at one of his followers as they were being led out of the courtroom. The lash-out resulted in Robert’s uncle jumping down and trying to join before he got restrained by security guards and a police detective. Justice Lindy Jenkins left the courtroom for her safety after the fight was taken care of.

Patient not receiving proper cares leads to closures, because of prolonged postponements that have led to deaths. Patient complaints at the emergency room have increased in recent years. Numerous patients that were admitted to the hospital’s emergency room are at high risk of dying. Six percent of emergency rooms in the U.S. have closed. These closings took place in the inner-city and low-income areas, but with an emergency room visit increasing by nearly 51%, the overwhelming amount of closures.

The court reasoned that since the post-closing price dispute provision clearly set forth that the expert accountants shall “determine on the basis of Accounting Principles whether and to what extent, if any, the CNOAS requires adjustment,” the dispute provisions applied to the seller’s objections, which claimed incorrectly recorded values on the CNOAS.
