Topic/Question: What issues arise from immigration based on economic factors?

This source is taken from a blog in which the author describes how Canada is a source of many fantasies to potential immigrants, and yet ends up being their worst nightmare. The author moves on to explain how in reality, well educated and skilled immigrants end up having to work odd and unwanted jobs. He says that by coming to Canada, skilled people would not have the ability to work to their full potential. This is the main topic that all three sources explore. This article shows how economically beneficial it is to accept new people to Canada. David shows this by comparing our economy to countries that accept significantly less people. He explains how multiculturalism helps society, and how most countries lack this aspect. They have a similar stance because they both agree on lowering the acceptance rate, and they come with slightly different reasons on why this would benefit the economy. All three of the articles show reasons based on economic factors. The blog (Think Before Action) explained it from an individual immigrant's point of view while the other two articles looked at the situation from a group perspective. The blog and the newspaper article agreed that on discouraging more immigrants from coming, but on the other hand, the internet article argued that Canada is benefiting extremly from immigration in contrast with other countries that accept less and have a struggling economy.
