There’s also for the staff a Blackboard site to take some classes the District requires. Canvas has just been integrated to the District. We have Progress book where administration puts the information of the student, teachers can see that information, enter the grades and score and also write comments for the parents to see. These are a few of the programs used by the organization.
Stakeholders and specific needs
Based on Ed.gov a stakeholder is a group of people or someone that has the interest to fulfill the success of an organization. With that statement already stated I can say in my organization we can hold administrators accountable, this starts with the administrators in the District and goes all the way to the principals. The administrators in the District should be stakeholders because they are the group who decide what LMS and programs to incorporate into the schools and teachers programs to use. With that said, it is imperative to have in mind what is best for the organization for their needs not to the District because is less money or because I like this one, having in mind what works best for the needs of the students
8th Grade Summary Essay 8th grade has been a hell of a ride, I went through ups and downs, met new people, learned new things, and finally finished middle school. But along this hellish ride I encountered many challenges (and sorta solved them). I learned life lessons and had people help me along the way, I achieved goals that I set for myself. Most importantly, I learned many methods from AVID that I hope I will always use and take advantage of. Without AVID I would probably not care about my grades so much as much as I do now.

8th grade. The last year at Ross Middle School. Being retrospective on past years has me thinking of my many accomplishments, and many fails I’ve had. From getting very good grades to the embarrassing moments. All the time I wish I was still in elementary school. You get to wake up earlier and do less work. Next year I probably will be wishing the same thing, but to be in middle school. I am excited for highschool next year, but also nervous. I am petrified of getting lost or walking into the wrong classroom. Many of my freshman friends tell me they love highschool.
This experience of addressing the needs of the fourth largest public school system in the country has provided me unique insights into the challenges faced by schools at the K-12 level, including those of English learners” 9, Energy and Environment – “Florida’s 26th Congressional District is home to some of our country’s greatest natural treasures, including the Everglades and Biscayne National Parks and the Florida Keys National Marine Sanctuary” 10, Foreign Affairs – “I have the utmost respect for the men and women who wear our nation’s uniform and work every day to secure the freedoms and liberties we as Americans are privileged to enjoy. Our Congressional District is honored to be home to both the U.S. Coast Guard Sector Key West and Naval Air Station Key West, along with hundreds of service members who reside in South Florida” 11, Health Care – “I believe that all Americans strive for and deserve a healthcare system that is both affordable and efficient. The dramatically increasing cost of healthcare, troubling classification standards for employer provided plans, and importance of medical research are a few of my top priorities. Ultimately, affordable healthcare must be accessible to every hard-working American family. I will continue to work to ensure that our nation’s healthcare system is serving the best interests of the American people” 12, Transportation – “The need for dedicated, long-term funding for transportation and infrastructure projects is vital to alleviating the congestion problems that plague South Florida” 13, Veterans –“Our nation owes its military veterans a debt of gratitude for their service and sacrifices. Each took an oath, lived by a code, and stood ready to offer themselves in defense of their country. The lives we live today, and the freedoms we enjoy, have been preserved by their protection. Too many of these noble service

As a trainer, teacher and assessor my roles are many and varied. As part of my day to day work I may not only deliver lessons but also carry out theory assessments, practical assessments and sometimes interviews. I may have to motivate and liaise as well as guide and assess. I will have to keep records and be a subject specialist as well as liaise internally and impart information and advice sometimes on a personal level. The first impact I play regarding my role is either interviewing possible candidates or meeting and greeting them on the first day of their course. Meeting potential apprentices/apprentices on their first day induction requires me to make a good
One may immediately assume when they hear the word "stakeholder" that it refers to the financial institution that has granted them the funding that made their program possible. This is certainly true, in fact, they are perhaps the most important and influential one. However, stakeholders are also staff members, program participants and their families, program administrators, the target population or

The conditions of the k-12 south Florida market have not allowed for FAEs to have 200-300 enrollments; but it does not mean that we do not have an excellent team of FAEs. The fact is that we are the number one providers for k-12; and that would not be the case if it weren’t for the excellent work done by the current group of FAEs. There are several reasons why the current team of FAEs has not met the goal of doing 200-300 enrollments, even though they are focused on doing

Elementary teachers not only introduce their students to the basic concepts of core subjects, they also help pave the path to each student’s future success. Education to become a teacher is long and tedious, and while the income may not be the highest available, watching students develop a new skill or grow an appreciation for learning can be very rewarding. Because there will always be a need for education, even with the recent budget cuts, teaching jobs will always have to be available somewhere.
