Employee morale Employee morale describes the overall outlook, attitude, satisfaction, and confidence that employees feel at work. When employees are positive about their work environment and believe that they can meet their most important needs at work, employee morale is positive or high. If employees are negative and unhappy about their workplace and feel unappreciated and as if they cannot satisfy their goals and needs, employee morale is negative or low. Employee morale is defined by the employee's outlook, optimism, self-concept, and assured belief in themselves and their organization, its mission, goals, defined path, daily decisions, and employee appreciation. Research design: A research design is the arrangement of conditions for collection and analysis of data in a manner that aims to combine relevance to research purpose with economy in procedure. it is the conceptual structure within which research conducted. it constitutes the blueprints for the collection, measurement and analysis of data. According to Pauline .V. Young. ‘Research design is the logical and systematic planning and directing a piece of research’. The design according to her “results from translating a general scientific model into varied research”.

DATA COLLECTION METHOD It is a systematic procedure of collecting information in order to analyze and verify a phenomenon. The collection of information has been done through two major sources:
1. Primary Data. 2. Secondary Data.
Primary Data:It is the information collected directly without any reference. Primary data that is collected fresh and for the first time, and these happened to be original in character.
There are several methods for collecting primary data, particularly in surveys and descriptive research. Important one’s are: 1) Observation method ` 2) Interviewing method 3) Questionnaires method 4) Schedule method
This study covers the data collected from employees using INTERVIEWING METHOD, QUESTIONNAIRES METHOD.
