ENFJ acronym for Extraversion, Intuition, Feeling and Judging. According to Psychologist David Keirsey, ENFJ's described as warm, outgoing, loyal and sensitive people (onlinepersonalitytest). Wow, sounds much like me! To go in more details, I will describe each part of the acronym! Extraversion is defined as a behavior where someone enjoys being around people more than being alone ( yourdictionary); I can agree with this statement because, my biggest fair is being alone, so I try and always surround myself with friends/ family. As a result, having others around me brings out my character and I feel warm inside; being alone will not allow me to express myself. Many people tell me I have great communication skill. I wouldn't say I love being …show more content…
However, my intuition is my sixth sense, I use it on a daily and it has a 1% failure rate (in my opinion). My Intuition allow me to make mostly great decisions, and form relationships. Therefore, I love thinking into the future and making decisions based on previous experiences; just the way I learn from my mistakes. Intuitive individuals are very imaginative, open-minded and curious. They prefer novelty over stability and focus on hidden meanings and future possibilities (16personalities). Many people tell me I am a very quick thinker and I can always make things …show more content…
Sticking to a predictable schedule helps ENFJs feel in control of the world around them (onlinepersonalitytest). And lately I've been off track with scheduling, feel that I am losing some control. We value clarity, predictability and closure, preferring structure and planning to spontaneity. In my life, work and school is most important to me, I put nothing else before them even family, not sure if that make me bad person but rather go to work than deal with anything else. I prefer to me sure that things will follow through, so I love the plan way ahead. Never like to be unprepared, really frustrate me and rubs me the wrong way. In conclusion, ENFJ characteristics are, prefers harmony with others, outgoing/ warm-hearted, interest in the feelings of others, diverse range of friends/ acquaintances, great at supporting/ encouraging others, excellent organizers and seek approval from other people (onlinepersonalitytest). We deal with things based on our feelings and how much value it means to us. We have the holy hands that bring out the best
After taking the Jung Typology Test my four letters were ENFJ. According to these results my personality type is that of an extraverted individual. It states that I am a person who is outgoing, generous, talkative. It highlights I am a person who likes to be social and values relationships and collective values. I agree with this because I do believe that I am a person who loves to interact with people.
I am able to make my decisions based off of this. Extraverted feeling also applies to me because I am able to express my opinions to other people in everyday situations. There are other descriptions written within the results about the personality type of ESFJ that I noticed really apply to me and my personality. The description says that these people “…enjoy and joyfully observe traditions and are liberal in giving, especially where custom prescribes.” I am a traditional person who likes to follow the norm.
Hello, I’m Joshua Dudley and the results I got for my Jung Typology Test was on point for the kind of person I am. In the Humanmetrics Jung Typology Test my letters were ENFJ. ENFJs are the benevolent 'pedagogues' of humanity. They have tremendous charisma by which many are drawn into their nurturant tutelage and/or grand schemes. Many ENFJs have tremendous power to manipulate others with their phenomenal interpersonal skills and unique salesmanship (butt). All of the letters have different meanings. (E)- Extravert (34%), (N)- iNtuitive (9%), (F)- Feeling (19%), and (J)- Judging (28%) and these for letters ENFJ make up the type of person I am. I also had to find a two letter temperament for my personality. The two Letters I think that fit me is (NF)- “The Idealists” which my primary
ENFJ's tend to be more reserved about exposing themselves than other extraverted types. Although they may have strongly-felt beliefs, they're likely to refrain from expressing them if doing so would interfere with bringing out the best in others. Because their strongest interest lies in being a catalyst of change in other people, they're likely to interact with others on their own level, in a chameleon-like manner, rather than as individuals.
I see myself to be very goal-oriented and sometimes I may be perceived as introverted because of an urge to judge. That is an area that I need to work on, by being more open-minded and flexible. All of the indicators of being an ENFJ that I previously discussed are traits I possess and many are positive there are several aspects I need to work on especially learning to accept criticism.
ENFPs are agreeable and inventive. They have an excellent capacity to precisely "read" individuals and occasions. ENFPs are interested, needing to realize what else other than the standard approach may work, and they are adaptable, continually eager to take a stab at something new. They are exhausted with general routine and get themselves pulled to new experiences before they've completed their old ones. ENFPs can be enticing speakers, ready to impart a dream more effectively than others can and frequently make dynamic pioneers.
ENFJs are described as warm, compassionate, and supportive, as well as loyal and trustworthy. These are all words that I would describe myself as, my most important characteristic being my loyalty in friendship. My type description also proclaims that I am “highly attuned to others; their empathy enables [me] to quickly understand emotional needs, motivations, and concerns.” No other description of me could be truer. My whole life, I have been quickly able to understand others, and even know that they are upset before they tell me so. Another handout describes ENFJs as having an intense caring about people.
ESFJ’s are considered to be extremely sensitive and are hurt by indifference and do not comprehend unkindness. They are described as being giving individuals who obtain satisfaction by the happiness from others. ESFJ’s flaw is that they are so giving and caring that they sometimes are blinded from the truth and have a hard time accepting the negative truth about someone they care about.
According to personalitypage.com, “as an ENFP one’s primary mode of living is focused externally, where you take things in primarily
Extraversion can be described as a love for being around others, being social, and outgoing. This is often a positive trait however; it also is difficult for an extrovert to work well alone. Being an extrovert is a weakness at times because I find that I have a harder time being motivated and staying on track when I work in a solitary environment. I see this often in the office, during the traditional work week of Monday-Friday I am very productive. On these days I will interact with hundreds of people. If I work from home or work on the
My personality type is ENTJ. Each letter has its own characteristic within my personality type. The E stands for Extraversion, N for Intuition, T for Thinking, and J for Judging. People with ENTJ personality types are natural born leaders. They like to take charge and direct people whenever they can. They’re self confident and career focused so they naturally fit in with the corporate world. Their strengths include being highly self confident, strategic thinkers, energetic, very efficient, strong willed and having excellent verbal communication skills. Some of an ENTJ’s weaknesses are impatience, poor handling of their own and other people’s emotions, intolerance, and stubbornness. Interestingly I found that Bill Gates,
My ENFJ personality described as an extroverted person in life. For instance, I enjoy getting involved in different activities and events which bring out my energetic nature (16personalities, 2016). My preference is being around people and interacting with them on a personal level as much as possible, and I
The INFJ personality is known to be the world rarest personality type and often misunderstood. This type stand for a percentage of less than 2% of the overall world population according to Holm (2009), the majority of that percentage being female and some famous INFJ that can be named are Nelson Mandela, Martin Luther King and Mother Teresa. My INFJ in academic and business milieu: from the past week assignment, my preferred four letters chosen base on the instructions received from Myers-Briggs type indicator were INFJ, which stands for Introverting, iNtuiting, Feeling and Judging. For this week assignment I was very surprise after taking the Jungian test to discover that my personality type fours letter were confirmed to be the same INFJ. Having my conformed INFJ profile means that in business milieu, my creativity and sense of responsibility come in first. Although as an INFJ I’m strongly introverted, I nevertheless highly care about my relationship with other individuals. At work I’m open to communication and always available when it comes to help colleagues to carry out on tasks or explaining work procedures. However, my personality type also implies that I can have sudden need for personal time away from others, which is my way to recharge and regain my energy. In an academic milieu, I’m more focus on setting and reaching my goals; I get motivated by planning in advance my studying weeks and do a lot of efforts to meet my assignment deadlines. I can get emotionally
Throughout the course of years, I tend to find out more about myself. Every day is challenging and full of many surprises. However, the most challenging thing in my life is working with other personalities. Only to find myself considered an ENFJ with a temperament of NF. Yes, I’m open to others and would put myself last, but I now understand how to truly connect.
Naviance, based off of my answers to certain questions, also said that I was an ENFJ. These letters stand for extrovert, intuitive, feeler, and judger. I do not completely agree with these results because for one, I am very shy. However, when I am with my close friends or family, I am not very shy at all. I am not sure how I feel about the intuitive part, because I think that there are some parts that are, and are not true. For example, I like to use my imagination, and consider new ideas. However, I do agree with the feeler part of my results because I want to do work that is meaningful, help others, make decisions based on my values, work in a supportive environment, and make efforts to understand others. I also partly agree with the judgers part. I like to do my work before relaxing.
