We've all heard about global warming as well as climate change. Climate Change is the buildup of massive amounts of man made greenhouse gases in the Earth's atmosphere. Causing the Earth's temperature to slowly rise over a long period of time.The amount of carbon dioxide in the air has increased rapidly over the years. Climate Change is a global problem and recently an issue more and more people are paying attention to.

In order to understand the issue of global warming (also referred to as climate change), you must first understand what it means and how it happens. Global warming is a result of a process known as the greenhouse effect, in which the light and heat from the sun are trapped in the Earth’s atmosphere by greenhouse gases; which subsequently raises the average temperature on Earth. The greenhouse gases responsible for this process are carbon dioxide, methane, nitrous oxide, chlorofluorocarbons, and tropospheric ozone, all of which are released into the atmosphere through naturally occurring processes (Warrick, R. & Farmer, G., 1990).

Other species are being affected by this global warming. Especially, the animals that survive on ice like polar bears. Impacts of global warming include the melting of ice in the Antarctic; this is due to the rising temperature of the ocean surrounding the ice which then causes melting. However, some people argue that the ice caps are growing rather than shrinking so they completely devalue the issue of global warming. This is not necessarily true, since the heat from the ocean causes the ice to melt but the melted ice (turned into fresh water) also freezes immediately after it melts. Global warming is the gradual increase in temperature of the earth’s atmosphere. It is mostly caused by the increased levels of carbon dioxide and other pollutants. Recently, global warming has been rising and is negatively affecting people, animals, and the weather. It is negatively affecting people by increasing health problems such as, cancers, and respiratory problems. It’s causing animals to be put on the endangered list, or even extinct the species as a whole. And it’s affecting the weather by causing an increase in storms such as hurricanes, floods, tornadoes, etc. Global warming is a huge problem that people tend to ignore, and needs to be put to an end.

Ever since the 1980’s Global Warming has been an intriguing topic among citizens, scientists and government officials. It’s ironic to think that only years earlier in the 1970’s the phenomenon was global cooling, now on a dime it suddenly shifted from intense glaciation to excessive carbon dioxide emissions that raise the temperature of the planet. A large number of influential scientists and engineers do not agree that drastic actions on global warming are necessary. This is simply just another bizarre fad that will soon fade due to wishy washy scientific theorems and emphasized social agendas. With the use of basic science and logic the idea of Global Warming can be dismantled and proven to be illegitimate and a hoax.

How would the population of the world appreciate it if the Earth got relentlessly hot in a matter of time? Well, this is global warming. This outrageous heat increase is something many think is microscopic and harmless, but it could change the Earth immensely in a matter of time. Made by human activity,global warming, including the burning of fossil fuel, and blazing down forests. Yet scientists can detect how much the Earth’s temperature is increasing, but countries can fix these problems by not depending on natural resources so much, reusing energy, and setting policies for climate change to help the public regulate it.

Global warming may be caused by man or by nature, but with a great deal of research, an opinion will be formed.

Global warming is a subject that elicits different opinions, even in the political sphere. During the 2016 presidential campaign, the Democratic candidates all declare that global warming is a national crisis and that some policies need to be implemented. On the other hand, the majority of the Republican candidates claims that global warming is all a hoax and that designing policies to combat global warming are a waste of money and energy. The different stances happening in the political sphere are also happening outside of the political sphere. Everyone in the world has different views on global warming, but very few of us did anything to lessen the impact of global warming in that the majority of us each drive our own fossil fuel-using vehicles instead of using public transportation, and the majority of us rarely reuses and recycle. Global warming occurs when carbon dioxide and other greenhouse gases trap heat in Earth 's atmosphere because some of the sun 's rays cannot escape. It is a worldwide phenomenon that impacts each and every one of us because it cause irregular climate patterns, increases the sea levels, and decreases human living standards.

Fossil fuel burning, deforestation and the release of industrial chemicals is rapidly heating up the Earth’s surface at an immense rate, and the negative effects of this not only impact society today, but future climates will differ significantly, leading to a global warming without precedent in human history. The greenhouse effect will cause major alteration of rainfall and temperature patterns disastrously impacting nature and the global economy that is so closely tied to the environment.

Global warming, according to the United States Environmental Protection Agency, “refers to the recent and ongoing rise in global average temperature near Earth 's surface.” Effects of human influence on the environment has long been a cause of concern regarding the disturbance of the “natural order.” Although a cycle which results in the periodic increase and decrease of the average global temperature has long been known to exist, due to new data suggesting the substantial and relatively recent spike in global temperatures, the idea that humans have become major contributors to the increase of temperature is now widely accepted. Our inability to find a solution to the effects of climate change has resulted in the evident deterioration of our environment.

As global warming, we understand that is the rise in the average temperature of Earth’s atmosphere and oceans. It has been an immense concerning all over the world for the past decades since the current cycle of global warming is changing the rhythms of climate that humans, animals and plants rely on. Scientists have studied the natural cycles and events that are known to influence the change in climate to discover what is originating the current global warming. However, the amount and pattern of warming that has been measured on the planet cannot be explained just by natural factors. Therefore, it is impossible to neglect the influence of greenhouse effect, brought about the increased levels of greenhouse gases, due to the effects of different aspects as the burning of fossil fuels, agriculture activities, deforestation and the growth of population (2007). These greenhouse gasses are endangering important and necessary aspects of life and its consequences will affect each one of us.

Due to the dissolution of geological, atmospheric precipitation leaching, erosion on the ground, mix the various pollutants into the water. Man-made pollution is made by industrial wastewater, daily life sewage and pesticide and fertilizer pollution. Global warming is related to greenhouse gases such as carbon dioxide and methane. Due to the existence of greenhouse gases, the radiation, which comes from the Sun and reaches the Earth’s surface, is reflected back to Earth, making the temperature of Earth’s surface higher and higher.
