if this player does not listen I would mute this player for 5m (/mute name 5m spamming 2nd offence) this could go up to 15m depending on how many lines you spam or depending on the situation.

If theres staff disrespect happening in the chat I would give a warning and if they don't stop a 5-15 tempmute to the player that disrespects staff.

What I would do as a helper: I would /warn them, if the player continues I would /tempmute them for 5 minutes

I would temp-ban a player if I saw them hacking and I had proof, or if a staff member showed me proof of them hacking. I would perm-ban a player if I saw them leaking staff Ip's or if they post anothers server Ip. Or if they post anything leaking or telling players anything they shouldn't know. As in Skype information, personal information such as Name, State, Ip, or anything else. I would mute or temp ban a player for creating excessive server drama or excessive racism. I understand the difference between them just saying it and them continuing on and being more and more rude about it.

Punishment: Warn, Then the player will be tempmuted (each tempmute increases by 5 mins till it reaches 15 mins).

If a player was spamming chat I would first mute them for 10 minutes and as they spammed more and more the time would increase. If a player was to complain about the server and was talking a bunch of crap I would either /MSG him or /KICK him a warning and if he continued I would give him a temp mute.

I know that the command /ban doesn't come right away, so for example in a case of advertisment i calm the scene down and get evidence, and use the power of mute that i have and contact higher level staff

Staff Disrespect- If someone is being disrespectful to the staff I will first /warn (player) Staff Disrespect. If continued I will /tempmute (player) 15mins and will add another 15mins if continued. If continued after that I will /tempban (player) 2w Staff Disrespect

3. {Drama}: If a player is causing drama I would first warn them, then if they keep on and cause more drama I would mute for 5-10 min. If they still continue I will explain what happened to a higher staff (Admin, Mod)
