The public service agencies are organizations that con either be governmental or non-governmental. The agencies are significant in due to the interest they have for the state's citizens. Organizations such as the Agency of International development (USAID), Agency of Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) and the famous American Red Cross, all have different missions, but the agenda of all these organization is to provide service to the citizens. For this outcome, I chose the CE101unit 6 assignment. I select this artifact because I provided information in childcare laws, early intervention and family services programs that promote family participation. This artifact shows my knowledge, commitment and desire to help families to find high quality childcare and resources within the community. It’s necessary to be aware of the resources that promoted family participation and address families concerned. One of the programs is known in Louisiana as “EarlySteps”. EarlySteps urges families to participate because they believe families are the child’s best advocates, also strongly ask that families always communicate any burden they may have. As teacher we have the opportunity to work with families
This program was geared towards helping the children of incarcerated individuals as well as giving parents time with their kids. The Synergy Family Foster Care Agency sits on a residential block among homes located between Poplar Street and Cartwright Drive. On the east side of Chillicothe in Ross County Ohio on East Main Street the outside of the agency looks like a two story home. The home has a porch, only from the front side it has brick only half way up and then white siding all the way around. Also, on the left side is a stair case that ascends up to the second floor as an entryway for a tenant.

Half the children in this country live in homes in which one or both parents work. Twelve million children in this country do not have health insurance, and over 4.5% of all children are victims of suspected child abuse or neglect (Doktor and Poertner). Believe it or not, these are all indicators of the demand for Family Resource Centers within our school systems.
