Twitch now is very successful because of its easy to use website, giving opportunities to everyone, having tournaments on it and the growing. The design of the website is very unique and elegant. So let me start this off by saying I am NOT the dunce of twitch that requires too much popularity. I’m kind of like the dunce of the fifa community but we're not there yet in the story so let’s hit that rewind button and go back to before I even created my Twitch account CerebralSkillz. So it was around February of 2014 I was on YouTube that much I can remember I can't recall who I was watching but they said "Make sure you
In that message I send him I explained that YouTube has a higher fan base then twitch with one billion active users each month on Youtube vs 45 million on Twitch which that will be interpreted as a faster way to grow the youtube channel. Also, the majority of the people will not live on twitch, instead they tend to stay on youtube and if the Youtuber is streaming on Twitch then they will follow him there.

Would you believe that more than 35,000 people would gather together at a convention for video games? And would you believe that that 35,000 people is only a fraction of the approximate 1 million DAILY viewers that watch on this certain website? There are even people that travel from across the globe to visit this convention, called TwitchCon. This year was the 2nd annual TwitchCon, but it was even bigger and better than last year. It's very hard to explain the whole purpose and point of this convention to someone who has never heard of Twitch. And to people who are pretty foreign to Twitch, and you explain what it is to them, they usually find the concept of it pretty weird but bear with me. What Twitch itself is, is it's a streaming platform

It’s akin to the difference between watching a TV show as it airs and watching a DVD.
The templates are not only beautiful, but come in a variety of styles, from whimsical and fun, to colorful and energetic, to muted and classic. The designs on their own are modern and well-developed. Users who are pressed for time or don’t have the ability or knowledge to re-work the design can quickly and easily change wording, drop in graphics, text widgets, charts, music, and even embed YouTube or vimeo videos.
YouTube’s business model is unique in that the site itself does not create any content. Instead the website provides a location for content creators to post content and for ccontent onsumers to view content. Accounts on the website are free so any user can sign up, upload content and interact in the YouTube community. This brings in the question: How is YouTube making enough money to operate? The main answer is by monetizing the content on their site. According to Merriam-Webster.com, monetize means to “utilize something of value to make a profit”. YouTube used their loyal audiences to sell advertising space to other companies, allowing advertisements to be played before content.
