MBTI preference as I recall is ENFP; Extrinsic, Intuitive, Feeling and Perception. I derive my energy from an external source. I like being around people and their perception about me matters a lot. I have lots of friends and I like to be in the company of people as well as being at the center of attraction. I perceive things not only through my senses but through imagination and experience. This phenomenon is known as having a sixth sense by many people. I consider the feelings of other people in making decisions; I make decisions based on the effect it has on other people’s feelings. I am somewhat soft and kind hearted. I tend to be curious, interested and opened minded. I dislike closure and I am opened to change. My career options include journalism, psychologist, counselor and educationist.
It has been quite an exciting journey

to be more reserved and to control the emotional imbalance that results from other people's unpleasant opinions. These comments are made because people judge other people. Knowing this will help me focus more on what is rather than what someone thinks.
I will use the SCARF model to decrease the use of promotion or monetary motivation. Now I know that social needs are treated in much the same way as physical need. Instead of giving money, I could just make the other person feel an increase in status and/or autonomy. According to the model, the value should be the same if done right! This is like killing two birds with one stone; everybody wins!
The 48 laws of power says leaders win through their actions, not words which I come have to understand poses a threat to the status of other people to say their opinions are wrong. People get argumentative when there is a threat to their status. So I will decrease threats by making them give feedback to their own work, and giving a lot of positive feedback among other
You can determine someone’s MBTI by first determining whether they are introverted or extroverted. Then determine the way a person gathers information to find out whether they do it through sensing or through intuition. Next, look at the way they make decisions, by going by how they feel or by complex thinking. Think about how that person tend to communicate to others either by judging or perceiving. Then you can determine a person’s personality.
According to the Myers Briggs Type Indictor (MBTI) (Appendix D) tool, outlines the different personality types and how they gather and evaluate information in the decision making process. My specific ENFJ typology indicates that I have a strong preference for making decisions intuitively (N), demonstrating my creative and imaginative abilities. That I have slight preferences for feeling (F) and judging (J) when considering decisions, and I have marginal preference for extroversion (E).
In my Strong Interest Inventory, my highest themes results were conventional, enterprising and artistic. For my MBTI results I was described to be introverted, rely on my intuition, feel rather than think, and perceive rather than judge. My results for the Five Factor Inventory were high neuroticism and agreeableness, low extraversion, very high openness, and moderate conscientiousness. Lastly, my Strength Finder results were: restorative, input, context, harmony and developer. These personality traits have helped me learn and succeed in different types of environments in high school. I believe my results are pretty accurate.
The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) assessment profile revealed my personality type was ESTP (Extroversion, Sensing, Thinking, Judging). A possible career match was Management Consultant due to the fact that I notice and remember important facts and details about people and places. This makes me capable of making accurate and efficient assessments of a current situation. With an “E” type personality I work well with a variety of people, and have no problem speaking in front of others. According

As far as characteristics go, my recent retaking of the MBTI test has designated me as an ENFP, an extroverted, intuitive, feeling, perceiving person. If I had to define myself gregarious, imaginative, empathetic and whimsical would be just a few of the words I would use. I think having such a personality, as described on this exam, is much of the reason I care about social service and people-centered work in general. It was also one of the reasons I was drawn to this degree. Because I am still developing in my professional career, it is difficult for me to classify myself as any kind of leader or what kind of executive I would be, if given the opportunity. I think I am a creative executive. At my current organization, I am usually the person or a part of a small group that asks for the organization to try different practices, that at times are newer and I believe will make us better, so we do not get continually stagnant results for a variety of projects across departments. In the same grain, I am very much a beginner/journeyperson with a desire to reach the next level, yet another reason why I took this course and matriculated in this
From the MBTI test, I got the INFJ personality. The energy comes from me, so I can drive, lead my future employees to achieve on the strategic plan of the organization and know how to develop employees’ skills. Also, I understand, care other’ feeling and have an empathy to others. This will help to learn and help people to have a work life balance. People should have work life balance because they may less stress on their jobs and life. They will well perform on their responsibilities.
According to the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), I am an ISTJ personality this means that I am an Introvert, Sensing, Thinking, and Judging person. ISTJ are very faithful, loyal and dependable. We are also reserved people who are interested in a secure and quiet life. ISTJ’s place importance in being honesty and can be trusted to do the right thing for their families and friends. There are some weaknesses to being an ISTJ personality we are stubborn, insensitive, and judgmental. This test is amazing it really nailed my personality.
in the academic aspect of my MBTI, score which is; ENTJ, it means that in my academic life I have the tendency of being extroverted, which could also very well mean that I am whether looking for being the center of attention or feeling comfortable in situations in which I end up being somewhat related to the center of attention ( which, is how I identify with this personality type, ‘ I feel “comfortable” in situations in which I’m somewhat end up being in the center of attention’ ), I also feel very much in touch with my Intuitive side of personality trait, because I do like to ponder on the bigger picture in order to have a better understand the many different options
This week, I learned about my MTBI preferences and my four letters are INTP, which are Introversion- Intuition - Thinking - Perceiving. I am introverted, since, I like to stay alone. Also, I like seeking quiet places for reading or for work. My second preference is Intuition because I always look for new opportunities for my careers and for my life. My third preference is Thinking because most of my decisions are based on facts and finally, I chose Perceiving because I am flexible and I easily adapt to new situations.
The Myers–Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) enables an individual to gain a deeper insight into their inherent personality traits. For some people, they have had prior knowledge or underlying assumptions about their personality, but this test provides clearer information about each of their identifiable traits. According to the MBTI in Human-metric personality test, my scores were 22% (E) extroverted thinking more than introverted, 9% (N) intuitive as oppose to sensing, 16% (T) thinking more than feeling, and 12% (J) judging as compared to perceiving. Thus, my personality type is ENFJ. The ENFJ personality group is described as a minority group that consists of natural-born leaders, and people filled with passion, and charisma for example, Barack Obama and Oprah Winfrey; they are notable members of this group, also known as the protagonists (16personalities, 2016). The protagonists apprehend pride in providing guidance for others to improve individually and to improve the community at large (16personalities, 2016). The protagonists find it naturally easy to communicate with others and excel at communicating with other people in person (16personalities, 2016).
I felt the same about the definiteness of the MBTI personality survey. According to the personality survey I was an ENFJ personality type. I believe that I fit this personality type, not only because the career choices were on point but because how we think and generally are. We are dreamers, and we believe in our dreams, we also are helpers and supporters of humanity. My career choices were very similar to your personality type career paths. Its amazing how you can sense shoplifters but I guess that comes with experience. I do wonder how results would vary if we were in class and not online. Great
