Introduction
Anger is a normal human emotion. Everyone feels annoyed, frustrated, irritated, or even very angry from time to time. Anger can be expressed by shouting, yelling, or swearing, but in extreme cases it can escalate into physical aggression towards objects (e.g. smashing things) or people (self or others).
In a controlled manner, some anger can be helpful, motivating us to make positive changes or take constructive action about something we feel is important. But when anger is very intense, or very frequent, then it can be harmful.

Putting other people down and making them feel bad about themselves, or abilities, is a form of judgmental anger. This person expresses their feelings by making those around them feel worthless.
Chronic Anger – Ever come across someone that’s seemingly angry for no reason, or mad all the time? More than likely, they were exhibiting this type of anger. People with chronic anger are just mad in general.
Overwhelmed Anger – This person relieves stress by shouting, and flying off the handle, when they can’t take situations and things that are happening around them, anymore. This anger is closely related to frustration and is an alternative response to the ‘learned helplessness’ reaction where an individual simply gives up on a situation. Overwhelmed anger can be caused either by a situation - for example having a tight deadline and a lot of important things to do, or by life in general - for example finding a job too demanding or struggling to raise children.
Paranoid Anger – This anger comes about when someone feels jealousy towards others, because they feel other people have or want to take what’s rightfully theirs. Or they may act out because they feel intimidated by others.
Deliberate Anger – Using anger to gain power over a situation or person. A person expressing this form of anger may not start out angry, but will get angry when something does not turn out the way they wanted. Or, someone
I chose to do this project on anger because for me, it is the most frequent fault I commit. In addition, it is the hardest one for me to avoid, which makes it one of the most distinctive sins to me. Moreover, writing about it gives me a better understanding of what it is. To me, anger is like a test. Aristotle holds that anger is “a desire accompanied by pain for an imagined retribution on account of an imagined slighting inflicted by people who have no legitimate reason to slight oneself or one’s own.” (1-3). “Anger is a complex emotion since it embraces pain and pleasure; the pain is produced from injury while the desire of taking revenge is somehow results from the injury. Anger is a strong feeling of being upset or annoyed because of something wrong” (7) . It is also energy it can be positive or negative; if it is used positively, it can lead to a magnificient changes but if it’s used negatively it probably could be devastating. Aristotle emphasizes that anger is pleasant and in that sense constructive and linked to hope, so may be anger at the end is not a bad feeling it can give results and leads to a quite good change. To
Anger, everybody has it it’s just something we feel. I have experienced it before and it has had a positive outcome. Similar to Equality in Ayn Rand’s book Anthem,were he felt so angry at the government for them forcing to tell where he was at and break his glass box.
Acting upon anger is rarely positive; it often results in rash, regretful acts of violence and hatred. However, that usually fails to stop people from making reckless decisions in heated moments of emotion and aggression. The destruction that anger causes is most likely to be counter-productive and does not fix the problem at hand.
In our life, we meet many people that have anger issues. People have anger issues because they could have been abused by the people they love or they had a terrible experience from childhood. I read two books that had a similarity which, Ruthless from the book called Ruthless by Carolyn Lee Adams and Cole from the book called Touching Spirit Bear by Ben Mikaelsen. Cole and Ruthless have similarity in life, Cole was abused by his father, Ruthless experience during her childhood, and Cole and Ruthless have a difference in life. People could manage to control their anger issues by facing their problems.
Anger is a very strong emotion that occurs with annoyance or displeasure. Maria gets angry at her family,after calming down maria watches some tv and sees on the news of a possible family killed in a car crash and she no longer knows if she will ever see her family again. Every human has felt anger at some point. It is directly linked to the adrenal gland and therefore directly related to the survival of our ancestors. I myself have felt a lot of anger throughout my life. Mainly, the response is triggered by the mindset of people not allowing themselves see the reality. My personal experiences shows that anger is not simply the emotion of a crowd, but begins on the individual level. In our present day society, anger is incredibly contagious, starting at the individual level and it spreads rapidly, often through people with similar views. The spreading of anger often leads to violences. In recent events, widespread anger has led to mobs clashing with police in Catalonia, Spain. The spread of anger and its effects demonstrate the use of this emotion in our lives. In Lord of the Flies, the island is a mousetrap of anger, slowly leading up to the collapse of their island civilization. The tension on the island caused by anger shows one of our human flaws, and demonstrates what it does to a group, spreading quickly and reaping havoc. Anger is part of our human nature, and not much can be done to prevent it and its effects.
The Department of Veterans Affairs says that anger is a common complaint of people who are diagnosed with PTSD, which is an anxiety disorder. And researchers from Cordova University believe anger and anxiety are related. If you have been diagnosed with PTSD or other anxiety disorder, it’s important for you to understand anger.

Anger management. Anger is a normal reaction. However, how you express your anger will be the most important aspect. You need to be able to learn how to face a situation which invokes your anger. The key in this situation is in maintaining your calmness.
Anger runs through people’s veins, it is a tricky thing to avoid. During Macbeth, some characters let anger get the best of them. The world is full of angry people. Hot words are said without a thought of their consequences. It is basically a form of an intense emotional response. As sir, Mark Twain has rightly said “Anger is an acid that can do more harm to the vessel in which it is stored than to anything on which it is poured”. Although, not everyone takes to expressing anger through violent behaviour, but the loss of self-control does sow the seeds of violence. Sometimes, the anger is invisible and can be felt in a silent treatment while other times, the body language and speech makes us aware of its presence. So, hence it can be said that anger is the worst enemy of a person.
Many factors influence anger. Most anger is caused by a situation that makes one feel uncomfortable (Licata 14). This uncomfortable feeling could also be described as feeling threatened. Feeling threatened could lead to angry feelings because a threat can cause harm. Things that could make one feel threatened include disapproval, betrayal, deprivation, exploitation, manipulation, frustration, violence, and humiliation (Gaylin 95).
