Session held at the SVABA center. During session Wyatt had a hard time following instructions given by DI and throws a tantrum to escape from instructions or to refuse take a turn while playing. Wyatt need it 1 full physical prompt, 1 gesture, 3 partial physical prompt, 20 echoic, 3 proximity, 4 indirect verbal, 31 directive and 2 model prompt during session. 5/5 trails, Wyatt was able to urinate in the toilet. Wyatt need it to be promoted to follow the toileting routine with one or two verbal prompt. During play, Wyatt had it a hard time understanding the rules of bowling and need it full physical prompt, verbal or model promoted.
I have work experience with Heaven’s Gate Ministries in Newark, DE from January 2012 and currently as the Pastor’s Personal Assistant. Interviews conducted with the parishioners involved highly personal, sensitive and confidentiality involving topics with housing, drugs, pregnancy, finances, crime, and other social issues. These interviews assist with locating the services and resources needed to help the parishioners and community in need of services. Other duties encompass making personal pastoral appointments with community and governmental leaders. Reviewing and contacting applicants to obtain required information for application completeness.

I am a Clinical Social Worker at the Royal Ottawa Mental Health Care Group, located in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. Also, I am an active member, a Pastor and a Counselor at the Transforming Life Centre in the national capital region of Ottawa, Canada. The Transforming Life Centre is an organization of over a 1,500 people from all over the world, different cultures; Canadians, people of African descents, people from the Caribbean and from Europe all meet several times every week for fellowship and transformational growth. And for many years I have immersed myself in community mobilization, leadership and volunteer work, centered mostly on women and families in Transforming Life Centre church. I am currently the leader of the Church Counseling Ministry and I oversee a team of 10 leaders/counselors in the Counseling Ministry of the church.
