Considering the focus students both made progress, I do believe the differentiation plan was effective. Focus Student 2 made progress and met the learning goal. She increased her score by 20% completing the assessment with 80% accuracy. Teaching the student an additional strategy to confirm the correct response forced her to slow down to complete each problem. Focus Student 1 also made progress and met the learning goal with the differentiation plan in place. She increased her score by 20%. Completing the assessment on a white board reduced anxiety in the student.
