During my interview, the members of the Presidential search committee told me and my wife, Leigh, that Lyon College is a welcoming and accepting community. They assured us that Batesville was a wonderful place to live and raise our daughter, Maddie. We have found that to be true as faculty, staff, students, alumni and many members of the Batesville and Independence County community have gone out of their way to make us feel welcome. Thank you. Although I’ve met many of you since I assumed the Presidency on July 1, I hope to meet many more of you over the next year as the advancement office schedules receptions in several different cities in Arkansas and surrounding states. You will receive information about this as events are scheduled.
The Cumberland University’s history and its new partnership initiatives led me to apply for the position of President. The position of President is an outstanding opportunity. This position would allow me to share my 20 years of higher education experience successfully leading and working collaboratively with the community, institutional leadership, faculty and staff. The position of President would also allow me to contribute in a significant way to advance the institution’s mission. The Cumberland University community is in the process of identifying a new President that can build on its historical background and move the institution forward. I believe that my professional experiences and academic background would make me a promising candidate for this position.
Senior year rapidly is coming to an end, I’ve had the opportunity to see many of my friends come to the exciting moment in their life when they sign that dotted line and I was still waiting on my chance. My entire life I had dreamt of the day to finally committed to a college basketball team, this was my goal and it had to be my purpose in life. January 18, 2015 at 4:41 PM I got an exciting text from Truett-Mcconnell’s head coach, Matt Sanders, stating,” Good afternoon Claudia this is Coach Sanders from Truett-Mcconnell College, and I really feel like we need to begin the recruiting process with you! Sorry to bother you on a Sunday, but I just didn’t want to let time slip away! I look forward to hearing back from you!” Here was my chance!
I hope you’re having a great summer. I just got back to Tallahassee from the EY ELP in Seattle and had an amazing time! We went on a sunset dinner cruise and got to see the Amazon headquarters. I’d love to catch up and chat about my next steps moving forward. Would you have time talk sometime soon? Thanks so much for everything!
Welcome to Mt. Edgecumbe High School! Coming here, far away from home may be nerve-racking, but you just got accepted to one of the best schools in Alaska. Not everyone who applied got accepted, which is why you shouldn’t take this opportunity for granted. Attending MEHS, Mount Edgecumbe High School, is way different from being at home; for instance, you’re not living with your parents anymore and you have to teach yourself to be independent. This may seem frightening, but by coming here you can get a better education than from where you live, which is why I encourage you to stay all four years. Since you’re a MEHS Brave now, I am going to tell you some things that I personally like and dislike about MEHS. I will also tell you what to expect while you’re

Good evening everyone and welcome to the Nova Southeastern University class of 2016 Graduation ceremony.
During the last three years of my attendance here at Mt. Edgecumbe High School, I could not think of a teacher who has influenced me more than yourself. You’ve taught me to not only appreciate music, but to appreciate life. I’ve spent a total of four semesters in your Choir class and one semester in your Accounting class. We’ve traveled to two music festivals through Choir class, which are two of my most memorable experiences here in MEHS. I’ve also been apart of the MEHS award-winning Radio Club under your supervision. You’ve certainly witnessed my development as a maturing adult. It would be an honor to have a letter of recommendation from a teacher like yourself. Thank you for making my high school years enjoyable. If you choose to write
Hello Mrs. Patterson it is Noemi. Yesterday was my first official full week of school and it is pretty neat so far. Betty H Fairfax High school is the name where I am attending now. Also I have not taken any pictures yet because my camera is not all that great and I get nervous just stopping in the middle of all the students to take a photo. Anyways I haven't really made friends (like one really) but I have made many acquaintances! I mean I guess that's good because they will probably turn into my friends later on who knows. Additionally, as much as it pains me to say, I will not be doing track and field over here because my parents want me to get a job. So of course I will be sending back your money thank you very much for that again! Anyways they want me to get a job because I got accepted into ASU and it is expensive
Thomas Jefferson High School welcomes a new addition to the English department, Jennifer Stephenson. Stephenson, who student taught with former English teacher and current CCT teacher, Matthew Santambrogio, now teaches Honors Introduction to Literature (Intro to Lit) and Composition and AP Language and Composition. “Ms. Stephenson definitely has a passion about the subject,” commented Santambrogio, “she is really involved and she is really cognizant of what she is teaching.”
I will never forget where I came from. Benton Harbor Charter School was home for me. It hit home for me knowing that I had a wonderful teacher that cared about my education, and my life outside of school. Whenever I would come to school she’ll be the first to say “good morning kiddo” Just hearing that made me feel great like I was important to her. Ms. Alexander, you gave me the courage to stand up for myself and to never shut down when times get hard. When I’m feeling down you always have a way of putting me in a better mood. You knew what I was up against in the future and you kept pushing me to meet my goals.
I would really like to thank you for your contribution on making Gilliam Collegiate Academy a wonderful and productive campus. Coming to Gilliam has been an honoring commitment. I have met incredible people I can now call friends and teachers who have really made an impact in my education. I have come a long way and I am happy to say that I will be graduating this upcoming spring. In the past few years that I been at Gilliam I can truly say that I have no complains about this building. It is truly beautiful but this school campus does have one huge impacting issue, the sewage smell. I cannot confirm the exact number of classroom with this problem, but I do remember being I at least classroom with unpleasant odor. A couple of instructors have

Even when I was just ten years told you were teaching me how about being coming a vet tech. At times, I wasn’t sure if becoming a vet tech was really want I wanted to do however you always never and after working with you I have no doubts that becoming a vet tech is my calling. The money from the scholarship with help me so much to be ready for Crowder College this fall. Thank you for the money and always being there for me.
A community is a group of people who share a similar characteristic. While there are many different interpretations of the word “community,” from an emotional tie to actually being in the same physical place at the same time, most of us can agree that the people of a community share something in common. And I believe most of us know what it’s like to be a Kennesaw State University (KSU) freshman so we are all already part of the same community. We have gathered in this place to learn, seek out our dreams, and ultimately fulfill them.
Everyone is made up of cells and everyone wonders how a cell works. Some questions are “what is the function of a cell?” or “What are some of the major parts of a cell?”. Well, to put it in perspective, this is the way Carolina Day School is like a cell.
