On 06-10-17 at approximately 1821 hrs., Officer Bunton and I were advised Michael J. Renner was in a green vehicle at Dollar General, 714 S. Main St. I was aware Renner had an active warrant for being a parole absconder. As I responded to the location after Bunton advised on the radio Renner was fleeing. After Bunton advised Renner was traveling toward Hyatt St. I proceeded toward the S. Brunswick St. and Hyatt St. intersection. I observed a green Buick traveling westbound on Hyatt St. at a high rate of speed. I then noticed Officer Bunton a couple blocks behind the Buick with his lights and siren activated. I pulled onto Hyatt St., activated my red and blue emergency lights and siren and proceeded after the green Buick. The vehicle traveled from Hyatt St. onto S. I notified dispatch that Officer Albert and I were out at the RSC. I parked our patrol car on the north side of the RSC and entered the north door. I heard Officer Smith on the radio say he was out with the subject near the Credit Union. I observed from across the RSC Officer J. Smith and Officer R. Faison standing next to a black male all the way by the Book Store. As I walked closer, I could see the black male with both of his hands up in the air and he was getting down on both of his knees. When I got to the Credit Union, I saw a set of crutches and a black bag laying on the floor. I told Officer Albert to stay here with these items as I continued to go behind the black male. On 09/02/2015, at approximately 1620 hours, your affiant and officer Moyer received a complaint at the police department from Wayne V. Kechula. Kechula was greeted at the front door by Officer Moyer. Kechula began screaming about a construction tool owned by Wesley Kacilowicz. Kechula stated the male in the vehicle he arrived with borrowed a tool and has not returned it. Kechula stated these events had occurred in Conyngham, Pennsylvania. Officer Moyer explained to Kechula several times that we have no jurisdiction of that area. Kechula became verbally hostile with Officer Moyer.
In summary, on 01/04/17 at 1745 hours, Ofc. Kelley #262 and I were patrolling the area of 5600 W 16th St., at which time I observed a vehicle with tinted windows and no rear registration light (05' grey Acura IL Q336438). A traffic stop was conducted on the vehicle.
On August 27, 2015 at approximately 2154 hrs, I observed a gray 2005 Acura TL bearing NJ Reg# J61FHA was driving 69 mph on 55 mph zone on Route 1 north, made a passing on the right lane and change lane again to the middle lane. When the traffic light turned red on intersection between North Oaks Blvd and Route 1 north, I pull my patrol vehicle 558 next to the vehicle as a the vehicle was slowing for the traffic light and I observed interior light on with a driver who had his hand upon his ear and moving his mouth which made me believed that the driver was talking on his cell phone while driving. I positioned my patrol vehicle 558 behind the Acura TL, activated my overhead emergency lights and conducted motor vehicle stop.
On July 22, 2017 at approximately 6:07 PM I, Deputy Hill along with Sergeant Bowring, Deputy Dimert and Deputy George received word that Wayne Jones was at 155 CR 1686 and had a class B warrant. Deputy George had spoken with a complainant on the phone that informed Deputy George that he had seen Wayne Jones in the area and know that Mr. Jones had a warrant for his arrest. After Deputy George informed me of the information I contacted France Young a residence of the area, I asked Mrs. Young if she had seen Mr. Jones and Mrs. Young confirmed that Mr. Jones was at 155 CR 1686. After verifying the warrant on Mr. Jones though dispatch all the above units check en route to that location.
On 09/18/2015, at approximately 0058 hours, West Mahanoy Township Police Officer Joshua Pastucka observed a brown convertible driving in a slow manner in front of the Shenandoah Borough Police Department. He observed the vehicle circle the Police Department twice and frequently stopping in his travel. Officer Pastucka proceeded towards the vehicle observed the operator and identified him as Robert CONRAD. Officer Pastucka is familiar with CONRAD and had prior knowledge his license and vehicle registration was suspended. When CONRAD proceeded behind the Shenandoadh Borough Police Department on the second occassion Officer Pastucka entered behind him and made contact with him. CONRAD attempted to exit his vehicle and while doing so he had a difficult time opening the door. Once out of his vehicle he had a staggered gait and stumbled into the quarter panel of his vehicle. The vehicle then made a right turn onto Northbrook Dr, a right turn onto Gardendale and a left turn onto Woodlane. The vehicle turned left onto Landier Rd, headed south and turned left onto Southern Dr. The vehicle continued south, turned left onto Oxford Dr and turned left on University Dr. The vehicle then turned right onto Southern Dr, crossed Ladnier Rd into the College Park Elementary School's north entrance and drove into the grass behind the school. The vehicle then came to a stop in the northwest corner of the School's property. A black male exited the vehicle from the drivers side and a white female exited form the passenger. Both fled on foot towards West Park Dr. During the pursuit, the vehicle failed to stop at every intersection was traveling in excess of 50 MPH in a residential neighborhood.
Tpr. Peak observed a vehicle at a high rate of speed on I-65 at the 150 mile marker North bound in Lowndes County. Tpr. Peak activated his radar and clocked the suspect at 110 MPH. The suspect exited I-65 and traveled North on AL-97 North bound at a high rate of speed. The suspect then turned right on Chicken Pitt Rd. The suspect traveled approximately 1 1/2 miles and parked at a residence and fled on foot into a tree line. Tpr. Peak did not pursue the suspect into the tree line. The suspects car was towed to Randy's Towing located in Fort Deposit, AL. Tpr. Peak made contact with the suspects wife at his residence and received his cell phone number. Tpr. On 8/23/2016 at approximately 0426 hours, I Officer Humphries I'D 335 along with PFC. DUNBER I'D 329 was conducting uniform patrol on, the 4200 Block of 57th Avenue Bladensburg, Maryland when a citizen flag me down in a white Honda Accord. On scene I met with Mr. A Bootable later identified who, stated that his 2008 white Honda Accord bearing Maryland, registration 9CB7656 was broken into while Park on the street of 4400 Block of 57th Avenue Bladensburg Maryland. Mr. A Bootable stated, that he parked the vehicle approximately 1100 hours on 8/22/2016. On 11/24/17 at about 1658 hours I was assisting Officer R. Bemis and N. Jendrick place a juvenile male, Sean Wickstrom, into the back of Officer Bemis's patrol vehicle, vehicle 10B, because he was under arrest for DV Assault 4th Degree. I observed Wickstrom appeared to be resisting being put into the vehicle by pushing back away from the vehicle and attempting to pull away from Officers Bemis and Jendrick as they were placing him in the rear passenger side seat.
On 4/25/2015, at approximately 2125 hours, your affiant was on routine patrol travelling south on State Route 924. Your affiant observed a dark colored Ford station wagon travelling northbound in the wrong lane of travel and nearly struck my patrol vehicle. Your affiant turned around in the direction of the described vehicle and activated the emergency lights conducting a vehicle stop. ON A MAROON IMPALA WITH A WHEELS DRIVE OUT TAG BARLEY HANGING ON. I MADE CONTACT WITH THE DRIVER AND THE OTHER OCCUPANT. WHICH WAS A WHITE FEMALE. I ASKED THE DRIVER WHITE MALE FOR HIS DRIVER LICENSE AND INSURANCE AND PROOF OF PURCHASE OF THE CAR.
