Group fitness can be a very effective way for you to lose pounds and attain a healthier lifestyle. Being in a group workout would provide you with enough support and camaraderie from fellow class members. And these can all spell the difference between meeting your fitness goals and living an unhealthy life. Working out alone may be good for some, but for many people, the encouragement that can only come from the rest of the group can provide the inspiration to stick to whatever type of diet plan or exercise routine.
But aside from the emotional incentives from a group fitness workout, this kind of physical conditioning can also save anyone from the repetitiveness of a training
Many discourage new forms of exercise because it can be scary to try something that they have never tried before. Many who get bored easily once they mastered something and want to try their hand at something new. However many of these individuals are older and can find discouragement when seeing someone younger than them being better. However in a group setting many can find comfort with other people to give them tips and tricks as well as learning with others in the some level and
The leader or the teacher of the group encourages the group members to be dedicated to the group; however, some of that dedication turns into obsession. There has been many cases of bodybuilders being so obsessed with the workout that they end up really sick or at times even dying from trying to become bigger and bigger every time no matter what it costs. This unhealthy obsession will deteriorate everything they worked for and would do the opposite exercise is actually meant

Hello, I hope you had a great relaxing summer. This summer I read "The Boys in the Boat" by Daniel James Brown. I really enjoy the authors details about building a good team and the benefits of well built team. As I was reading, I began to think about our Personal Fitness class and how Daniel James Brown's descriptions of the benefits of friendship and trust relate to our classes discussions about teamwork. I believe if students in Personal Fitness read this book their teamwork in sport related activities will increase.

The section where I saw the most determination was while observing the cardio room. During my observations I noticed there was no social interaction whatsoever. People were just concentrated on doing their workout and getting the results that they were seeking. One example of this taking place was when I was observing a woman who looked about 30-40 years old. She had earphones on as she was doing her routine. She was wearing exercise appropriate
As a member of the ABC Athletic Club, it is a pleasure to be part of this fitness world. This club is much more than a workout facility, it also includes the benefits of strengthening the mind while building a healthy body. With access to the right equipment and personal trainers, this ensures that the exercise programs fit an individual’s needs. Also, with the use of proper techniques provided, this facility provides a safe and fun environment but includes the assurance that one can get the most out of each exercise routine and make it an enjoyable place to be. Having these choices has helped provide me the best exercise plan for my own personal fitness goals.

If a student’s teamwork is increased towards their education they can develop social skills, work together as a team, help others improve their skills, and take responsibility for their own learning. In the article, “Physically educated students learn the importance of being active, learn how to be active, and value such a lifestyle.” “They are students who become knowledgeable physical activity participants and spectators, practice the meaning of teamwork, and are provided the tools to become active, healthy adults” http://educationdocbox.com/Special_Education/66908939-Can-academic-success-come-from-five-minutes-of-physical-activity.html. Physical education has always been known for its quality in developing teamwork, leadership and communication skills in young people. Elementary physical education is often children’s first formal experience with movement instruction and it is a time where they begin building a foundation of motor skills for later participation in sport and other physical activities. As I entered the first day of my junior year in highschool, I walked into my first class, Blended Guided Fitness with Mrs. P and Mrs. Bergo. Although I may have just made that class sound very intimidating, it was far from that, it was a great opportunity to learn about time management and self motivation. On the first day we learned the structure of the class, and how the students in the class must be physically motivated outside of school. Due to my continued commitment to swimming I knew this class would be a great fit. As the year progressed into late September we began to do fitness testing. We also did more fitness testing in December to measure our improvements in muscular endurance, muscular strength, and flexibility. In regards
When exercising with friends and family you enjoy the workout. It is also a way to help keep each other on track to your goal and reward each other and it’s easier to stay motivated. When choosing activities that appeal to you and that you can handle physically and suits your lifestyle, that way you’re more likely to stay motivated and find it an enjoyable process. When setting goals that are realistic and you are likely to successes, aim for an amount of time, or type of exercise to complete rather than losing weight, or gaining strength, this will help you work your way up to your larger goal.
