I handle disagreements in several different ways. One of the ways that I handle disagreements is by stepping back and relooking at the matter at hand. I then look at both perspectives and try to resolve the disagreement. Another way that I handle disagreements is by respectively disagreeing with the person or agreeing to disagree. There are several other ways to handle disagreements like removing yourself from the situation, being cautious with what you say, and by putting the situation behind you. All of these actions are effective ways to handle disagreements. As an educator it is our job to chose which ways is the most effective way to handle the situation at hand. After hearing what they’ve had to say and depending on the dispute it may call for you to explain to them the difference in right and wrong. Alternatively, the dispute may call for apologies. If that is the case help them to understand why they need to apologies by explaining that if they were put in the same position as the other person how they would feel.
A meeting with all involved parties to discuss the issue is also another good way to resolve conflict. Everyone will have a chance to speak; this is a good opportunity to hear all sides of the story and gain a full understanding of the conflict.
In order to resolve a conflict i would show I was using careful listening skills and have a calm tactful approach towards that person that offers a compromise that both sides can accept.

There will be times within your profession as a teaching assistant that you will have to cover break time duties and you may find you have to deal with disagreements. The best way to do this is to separate the children from any crowd that has gathered, this ensures you can listen effectively from both sides. Speak separately to the individuals concerned to hear both sides of the story. You may also ask them what they feel the best way is to resolve the matter; this will then give the individuals the chance to speak openly to what they feel is required to resolve the matter. For example saying sorry, shaking hands etc. Explain the outcome of the resolution for instance the game of football can resume, or friendships can remain happy. If the disagreement still persists then write an account of what has been said and pass this onto the a teacher or head teacher, explain to the pupils the consequences that this carries for example sending a letter home or calling the parents in. Seeking Answers Amid a Toxic Debate is an article written by Michael Eisenstein, a writer, editor, and photographer. In the article, Eisenstein writes of Colony Collapse Disorder also known as CCD. Colony Collapse Disorder happens when most of the worker or adult bees in a colony die and leave behind a queen, lots of food and few bees to care for the hive. While this doesn't seem entirely awful, there is lots of food and baby bees, it has the potential to be disastrous. The loss of these adult bees causes numerous issues, the hive will eventually run out of food, the few “nurse” bees can not show the young bees how to gather food, and not to mention the surrounding agricultural crops will suffer.

There are few things as constant in life as disagreements and controversy. Throughout our political system and our society, disagreements play a sizeable role in our lives. Although disagreements can be helpful to show different perspectives and ideas, they often bog down our ability to make decisions and forward progress of ourselves and our nation. For example, debates over topics such as how our nation should combat the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS, ISIL, or Daesh) has led to no progress. Thus, Daesh is able to continue to be able to exercise their grip over society and citizens of many nations. This has led to numerous consequences and it will continue to lead to more if we remain unable to come to a consensus on issues.
This assignment is a challenging one. There are many different viewpoints on this subject that could influence ones position depending on religious or political beliefs and views. I suppose a healthy society would be one of appericiation and toleration of all opinions and perspectives. Unfortunately, history has shown us time and time again that this is just not possible.
The interviewer must be familiar with the total situation within which he is operating and must be clear about what he wants to elicit from the subject, therefore he should only focus on the movie and topics about it. Furthermore, “he should simultaneously ask questions, digest responses, (...), gauge reactions and look for detail” (Aggarwal,2006, p.128). In order to do that, the interviewer should create a relaxed and informal atmosphere with a spontaneous way of conveying information asking flattering questions, therefore the time that the audience spend watching the interview will not be a waste of time but a gripping and entertaining moment.
Choose your battles. Don't let the other person or people engage you in petty quarrels and squabbling. Rise above it (even if you're annoyed inside), smile and say politely, "I think we'll end up fighting,
