For people who eat excess milk, cheese, and meat, they may be putting themselves at risk, as these food are linked to saturated fat. Saturated fats can be converted into cholesterol, which in excess can cause problems such as heart disease. Overeating is also not good, as excess calories can lead to being overweight and eventually lead to obesity. Obesity is linked with the following diseases: type 2 diabetes, arthritis, heart disease, strokes, and high blood pressure.
