Uncle Henrik was milking Blossom, the cow, and Annemarie had the courage to go out there and talk to him about it. She wasn’t scared to talk to him about it. She wanted to know why they were lying to her because Mama had never lied to her. She also had the courage to take the basket with the handkerchief in it to Uncle Henrik at the boat. She could have died, but she wasn’t scared. In fact, that never even crossed her mind. She was courageous. She wanted to help her friend in anyway she could. Over the course of the time the soldiers were in Denmark, Annemarie acted courageous in every situation she was in. Annemarie Johansen also proved she is trustworthy. She proved she is trustworthy by taking the basket to Uncle Henrik. If she wasn’t trustworthy, she wouldn’t have taken the basket. Her Mama trusted her because she knew that Annemarie would get the basket safely to Uncle Henrik no matter what was in the way. She knew that all Annemarie wanted to do was save her friend Ellen. Annemarie Johansen became a trustworthy young woman over the course of the time the

Throughout her time of hiding, Anne had a diary where she could express her thoughts and feelings about the situation. She wrote down what was happening, how she feels about what's happening, and her opinions on the people she is living with. Her opinion of her mother changed as they were there. For what I can tell before hiding, Anne loved and cared for her mother as much as anyone else in her family. As time went on, her mother was unbearable to Anne. Anne wrote, "Mother is unbearable. She insists on treating me like a baby." Anne says this because she believes that she is able to
Even though Anne lived in confinement and in such circumstances she didn’t give up on herself and was still optimistic. This shows that Anne Frank is a strong person, at an early age she was able to not lose hope and still believed that people are really good at heart. She continued to grow as a person and still had positivity in

In the play, The Diary of Anne Frank, Anne is a dynamic character who is disrespectful and immature in the beginning of the play. When Anna had a nightmare in the beginning of the play, her mother came into her room to comfort her. Her mother offered Anne water and to stay with her until she fell asleep, but Anne said it wasn’t necessary to stay. When Mrs. Frank stated, “But I’d like to start with you . . . Very much. Really.” Anne replied, “I’d rather you didn’t” (398). This scene demonstrates Anne is both immature and rude because she rejects her mother’s help. Her mother is likely very hurt by this rejection, especially since, as her mother leaves the room, Anne asks for her father instead. In the end of the play, Anne shows she is a dynamic character by displaying the character traits brave and thoughtful. While Peter and Anne
Annemarie is really brave, she stood up to the German soldiers that stopped her in the woods when she was taking the package to Uncle Henrick. “I will take it” she said, “I know the way, and it’s almost light now. I can run like the wind.” This quote shows that she’s brave; she knows she will probably get stopped by the German soldiers, but she takes it anyway. She knows that the package is really important to Uncle Henrick.
In the play “Anne Frank” they are located in Amsterdam July 6th 1942. They are in hiding in what is called the Annex during WWII. The people at the Annex are Anne Frank, Margot Frank, Mr.Frank and Mrs. Frank, Peter Van Daan, Mr. Van Daan, Mrs. Van Daan, and Mr Dussel, we know this because Mr. Frank gave Anne Frank a diary and she wrote in the diary a lot giving us this information. In times like this, you would need lots of Courage, Compassion, and Sacrifice to get through the tough times.
Annemarie showed numerous examples of conflict throughout the book, but the most important scenes were when the soldiers stopped Annemarie and Ellen around the corner, when the German soldiers came to the apartment, and right before she went on the dark path. Early in the text, Annemarie was running along the paths in Copenhagen when two soldiers stopped them. The German soldiers shouted the frightening word, “HALTE.”(p.2) For example, Annemarie was extremely frightened but still she, “looked into the face of the soldier who had ordered her to halt.” (p.2)

She then looked at Mary and Nancy; both, were lying on their stomachs with their faces propped on their elbows, anxiously awaiting a story. She smiled and began telling her story.
After months of disagreement, Anne and her mother finally start to get along. Anne becomes more sympathetic to her mother, and realizes that some of her past entries about her mother were very cruel and hotheaded. Now, Anne does her best to care for her mother and also keep her mouth shut at times. She tries not to take things as serious, as well. She does her best to mature when it comes to her and her mother’s relationship.
Courage is a necessity to overcome fears and achieve a desired goal. Fear is something that exists in all of us. There is no hero or any particular courageous figure that is without fear. Being fearless is not required to be courageous, one simply has to look past or overcome their fears to possess this great quality. When overcoming fears and going against the norm, there are always risks involved. There are different types of risks that come about. Someone could risk life or limb, while others risk their reputation. Either risk is serious enough that a person must have courage to endure that particular risk. Courage can occur anytime, anywhere, and often in our everyday lives. Everyone will experience courage no matter how young,
