How To Build My Own Computer

Decent Essays

Building my own computer one of the most important things is the size. I want a computer that is light so I can take it on the go and not carry too much stuff in my backpack. As for that, I would buy a 15.6 inch Laptop Glossy Screen for B560i (1920x1080). This screen has a high resolution and glossy surface which is good so I can see images with vibrant colors. The only down fall is the glare of the screen, but one can adjust the brightness level in order to fix it. Furthermore, with choosing the processor for my computer I picked Intel Core 17 Mobile 4710MQ 2.5 Ghz 6MB 47W. The clock of speed that takes place in the processor is 2.5Ghz, which is one of the basics compared to others. I do not need it to be that fast since I’m using it for school and work. The number of cores that the Intel has is 4, which is a hyper-threaded and allows me to switch from one program to the next. I went with a Kingston SODIMM DDR-3-1600 8GB low voltage RAM. With having lots of pictures and having multiple programs, I would need to have a large enough RAM which would be 8GB. Including the DDR-3 that allows me to have a higher bandwidth depending on what type of motherboard I have. The DDR-3-1600 enables a faster exchange of materials within seconds. Since I picked a low voltage it allows it to be more effective with less power needed. The lower latency allows a faster overall production of RAM
