To prepare this research paper, I have collected data from various sources. To do this, data have been collected from primary sources and secondary sources.
Primary data: have been collected by direct Interviewing the executive Vice-President and head of Branch and other high officials in this office.
Secondary data: were collected from mercantile bank periodic journals, magazine, Bank’s annual report, Internet, etc.
I have also taken help from newspaper, for collecting primary data; I have prepared this term paper by cordially investing my time, effort and knowledge upon it.
Limitation of the study
The study was carried out during April10 to May10. The budget time of the study was limited. Within short period, I could not study properly about the Human Resource Management in Commercial Mercantile Bank Ltd. In Bangladesh Supply of more practical and current data is another shortcoming.
